Itchiness/itchy pimples means you have a fungal problem, ie,you have fungal acne NOT ordinary acne. Apply topical antifungal cream - just do it....Antifungal cream on one's skin is TOTALLY safe.

It will very likely fix your problem.

I'm trying canestwn right now Imma start trying tea tree oil in the next days

Lamisil is unavailable in Canada without a prescription the pharmacist said it was exactly like canesten? What's the alternative

Lamisil and Canesten ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT TYPES OF ANTIFUNGALS AND THEY TARGET DIFFERENT TYPES OF FUNGUS.

Are you allowed to import Lamisil fromthe US for personal use. If so, buy Lamisil online from the US?

Also, check to see if you can get Lotrimin ULTRA cream (not ordinary Lotrimin which is clotrimazole) without prescription in Canada. Lotrimin ULTRA has a similar antifungal in it as Lamisil has. Also, buy a shampoo with CLIMBAZOLE in it (not to be confused with clotrimazole) Climbazole treat kill malasezzia.

Wash your hair in the shampoo with climbazole and you can use it on your face and body also, if not too irritating. Mustela Foam Shampoo for Newborns in the gentlest shampoo with climbazole in it, if you can get it. You can use that on your face and body.

Yes, also use diluted tea tree oil, and you can also use 3% hydrogen peroxide on the affected areas.

I am happy to hear how things go.
