I've been on accutane for six months, and am about to come off it in about two weeks (yay!).
During my course I've found that my skin has become very dry, which is tonne expected, but also very red which doesn't quite work with my pale-as-they-come vampiric skin tone :') . Did anyone else experience this, and how long after finishing did it last for? Thank you! 
I finished my course 3 weeks back and my hyperpigmentation was bad, I was prescribed adapalene gel for maintenance, and it has also helped fade the redness quite a lot, but even if you don't use a retinoid, it should fade away as the skin gets back to normal in about a month
