Epiduo and Doxycyline

I have been on Epiduo and Doxycyline 100MG a day for 8 weeks now and still have received no improvement. My face gets new inflamed pustules every day, which I usually dab with neutrogena on the spot treatment. My daily routine is as follows:-
- Morning wash with cetaphil cleanser, lukewarm water
- Cetaphil moisturising cream

- Evening wash with cetaphil cleanser
- Pea size application to each affected area (jaw and mouth)
- wait 20 minutes, Moisturise with Cetaphil cream

Has anyone got any advice on anything I should do differently or similarly any good recommendations of UK moisturisers as I find cetaphil a bit thick. Also how long will it take for me to at least see an improvment.
Help!

cetaphil always caused me breakouts, try using a different moisturizer, because epiduo is strong stuff, it should definitely work along with the antibiotic.

Hi, thank you, any recommendations on which moisturisers?

I live in a very humid area so I don't really need a moisturizer, but what I do is sometimes if I feel dry at all, I use "cetaphil dam" lotion at night, its meant for very dry skin so its amazing and it doesn't cause breakouts, but its greasy(obviously), so you cant use it in daytime.
