@Karly123@But how long did you use it for? like I only use it for 1.5 months once a day, I dont think it would help grow hair that quickly, would it?
Also what side effects did u have and did u notice any improvement since while u were using minoxidil?

@flowerpower123That sucks :(. but maybe its because you have long hair thats why it creates the illusion of you losing too much hair?!

No I tried it around xmas time for a few weeks but it just irritated my scalp. My scalp is quite sensitive/dry so a lot of stuff irritates it. Just using paraben free shampoo and conditioner. Thats all

My shedding magically slowed down! but I think thats what Chronic TE is, it sheds like crazy some weeks and then it slows down and then back to crazy again. So it doesn't really mean anything. :(

Nothing super different. Taking my vitamins, B complex, Biotin and Zinc. shampoo my hair once a week with a biotin hairless shampoo (other times I just wash it with water, helps to keep it soft). bought Castor oil, use it once a week. not sure how useful is it with hairloss but it definitely keeps my hair soft after shower so it doesn't feel like straw. I try not to care much anymore and stopped being stress about it, it really does help.

No changes from me either. Some days are better than others.. I feel like my regrowth is improving but I'm still losing just as much hair. I'll be at the two year mark in a few months.. who knows if this will ever end. :(

My hair is super dry, feels like straw. That's why I shampoo once a week to keep it a little oily.
Super flaky, constantly dig into my scalp with my nails which is turning into a habit.
Also I shed a lot but I guess it grows back and its still thick, i dont see any visible thinning.
