Is there any negative effect if I take two different brands of isotretinoin, for example roaccutane and claravis. The reason is the drug store where I used to buy roaccutane is currently out of stock so I dont have any choice but to buy other brand.

I don't think there would be any negative effects. Isotretinoin is the generic name/ingredient, pharma companies just brand it under different names. I'd ask my dermatologist if I were you though, just to make sure.

As far as I know, the only brand you can't mix with others is Absorbica.
