Hi everyone,

I just started taking spironolactone two days ago at 50mg per day. My acne is very severe with painful deep cysts on my cheeks and tons of smaller pimples all over my forehead. I'm also on a really mild birth control (kelnor) and an antibiotic cephalexin. My skin is super oily and like it looks like I'm sweating all day long. I did accutane 3 times, but it never cleared my skin or get rid of the oil like at all. I was diagnosed with pcos, but all my hormones are in range except for dheas. So my question is when can I expect to see results for spironolactone?! Will it even work for my since I have normal testosterone levels? Please please any help would be great!
