Unstoppable throat dryness on accutane and adderall

Hi, I'm new here and not sure if this is the proper place to post but I feel like the accutane would be responsible for the dryness. Anyways I'm at 40mg accutane 23 days in. And I've recently been prescribed adderall for ADD 20mg IR.

I am having this issue where no matter how much I drink my throat is always still dry. Literally 10 seconds after drinking water it will be discomforting dryness. I am getting over 200 oz of water a day. I think it's because of the two prescriptions stacked together but I wanted to know how I could maybe combat this? Or is sipping water throughout the whole day my only option?

Try a cough drop or hard candy.

I find chewing gum helps with this, just standard sugar free gum, it makes you produce more saliva because your brain thinks your eating and so it might help.
I also second a hard sweet it would have the same effect as the chewing gum in terms of saliva production.

Hey there.
With your prescribed adderall you have to drink more water as it does dehydrate your body (it's working harder... You're on an amphetamine). And just as you know, the isotretinoin will also dry your body out as well, so your body is extra dried out! I cannot say if you can go without your adderal, but I have personally minimized the amount of adderall I take while I'm on isotretinoin....
