So I'm in my last month of accutane - 60mg a day and this is my current state of skin. I only have 2 actives but my face still looks a mess with the amount of redness and to normal people it looks like acne. Here's photos of my current state and also: do you think I will be ready to come off tame by the end of February or my course might me extended?
I can see why you're reluctant to go off Accutane. Jones is right, tho. The red marks will go away faster when you're not on accutane (that's what happened after my first course).
If I were you, I'd probably ask to be put on low dose...just to see if it improves the healing process of the red marks.
