I recently finished my accutane treatment, but was left with ugly looking skin. I don't know if my skin was like this before and acne was simply hiding it, but I look aged. My brother who is 27 with perfect skin looks much younger than me that am 23(people always commenting that our age are switch gets me down). I have been using Retin-A since October, but still havent seen any improvement that could be complemented. The problems are big pores and uneven complexion with a couple of depressed scars. I could try to upload a picture if it is necesarry.
