is there any treatment for scarring acne(preventing acne formation) except accutane(a doctor in Australia,Shobhan Manoharan,suggested accutane) as it is not available around me.

I need to travel a lot with my parents and now I am in South East Asia and would be living there around 8 months.It's quite hard and expensive to get accutane around here and most doctors do not prescribe it.

Everything besides accutane works to control 50-60% of your acne, accutane is 100% for most people. That 40% u still have on retinoids will lead to more scarring. Trust me, that was my story until accutane.
