Hi guys,

I'm currently on a second course of 20mg a day. My first course 40mg a day cleared me within 4 months.

Now on this second course it's been 5 months now and I've only seen small improvement I'm still breaking out horrendously. I thought the second course worked faster/better?

Even my derm is confuses as to why it's taking longer this time is it possible I have a resistance? I've experienced no dry lips which leads me to believe the drug isn't even working...... Anyone else not have success on subsequent courses?
