Accutane Dosage Time

I've recently been upped to 60mg of Accutane per day from 40mg before. I am wondering whether it is fine to take all 3 20mg tablets at the same time, or if i need to take them separately one at a time.

I took 60mg as 3, 20mg day

with bfast, lunch and dinner

only after i did that for a mnth my derm told me it should be divided into 2 doses

40mg and 20mg

i dont know if it was coincidence but when I changed the way I was taking the med my skin def going drier/flaking

I want to say my derm told me 2 x a day but I always took mine together at night before bed.

Twice daily is highly recommended. Once daily is not. Be sure to take with a fatty meal.
