My experience with mino wasn't very good. I took them for about 3 months and it did help clear my acne but it only lasted 10 months. After that acne came back and then I tried taking mino again, the second time around it look longer for my acne to clear. I decided that it wasn't a permanent fix and I was going to be doing damage to my body if I kept taking mino.

Wasn't worth it for me and they can be pretty expensive.
