Okay so this week i finally started accutane. My brother was on it (clarvis) or whatever its called and had great results other than the nasty side effects. Anyways i asked my derm if i was going to be on clarvis like my brother. she said no because uhhh that it didnt give consistant results i dont know. anyways she said she will put me on Zenatane and when i looked it up i found out its pretty new. And its weird i dont have to go to a pharmacy to get it, they ship it to my house, but i have to sign for it + send a letter back saying i have received it (seems like a lot of work). Also just to state i did go through the ipledge systems and whatever but i just have questions about the brand im using. sorry if this is all over the place i just made an account of this site because i had a question. Thanks!
I just started my second month today- and man oh man am i a happy person. My skin is dry (ofcourse) but my skin is so even toned and my spots are all flat- i didnt have bad acne to begin with just stubborn white heads that would just piss me off. But i actually like how its delivered to my door, and i dont have to pay a penny which is awsome.
Products- La Roche Posay Dermocleanser
CeraVe Cream
Makeup- Nars Sheer Glow Foundation (apply very sheer with a wet sponge)
I just switched to Zenatane this month, and it's awesome! I had my dermatologist appointment that morning, they called me that afternoon, and it got to my door before noon the next day. I don't pay a co-pay anymore, and the packaging is a million times easier to open than any of the others I've tried (I've been on 4 different generics now). Plus none of the pharmacies in my area ever had it in stock. I'm really surprised more people don't know about this service.
