I finished accutane 4 days ago and today whilst brushing my teeth i noticed at the back of my tongue there is a white ulcer i havent ever had them before- but usually get cold sores a couple times a year i was wondering could this be a possible s/e of accutane...? I am seeing the doctor on wednesday but just wanted to know what you guys think. Thanks

Well ulcers on the tongue can be from a lot of things... Say spicey or hot food/ drinks! If you already have stomach ulcer or from accutane as it can lower the immune system! Accutane is a harsh drug and can do some crazy things, but no doc will admit too that!
