Yeah Indigo, its not extracted from bears anymore. Give Tudca a try, your liver will like it.

What do you guys eat/recommendfor breakfast? My digestion and bloating is always bad in the morning.

For those who take medicinal mushrooms, how much are you paying? There are sellers on eBay selling 120 capsules of Cordyceps for 10 and other brands selling powder for as much as 30. I have taken a bunch in the past so Im not getting my hopes up.

I came across a new brand of medicinal mushrooms just recently. They are shipped from Finland and they look great.

I am in London. They are offering free shipping at the moment.

There's a couple of interesting interviews with a guy called [removed] on youtube. He's seems to be the spokesperson for the company.

I'm excited about receiving the supplements.

I've had some success post Accutane. I haven't got time to go into everything now but i'd just like to say regarding bloating I would definitely suggest fasting. A prolonged fast. 24 hours or more if possible.

Fasting has been one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory tools that I've been able to use during a flare-up of my symptoms (always triggered by foods that I can't seem to tolerate anymore post Accutane).

You can really reset and start a fresh with fasting and it's free.

Best of luck

I'm using fresh nutrition organic cordyceps capsules, priced at 20 usd. No fillers or pesticides. I'm finding its best to take it early in the day. Cordyceps is the only mushroom I'd recommend, as a number of mushrooms are known to inhibit 5 alpha reductase. not a good thing. Unlike most mushrooms, Cordyceps boosts dht a bit. Definitely a good thing.

As far as breakfast, I'd say abandon the concept of three square meals a day and go with at least one, or maybe two meals per day max, which means you're introducing the concept of daily fasting. I agree with marsh on the benefits of fasting, and I think it's something that should be done daily. 3 meals per day is too much and doesn't allow for fasting. Don't eat your first meal until you are truly hungry. If you're not hungry right away don't force yourself to eat until your body truly wants food.

Eat whatever your body is in the mood for. If you feel like fruit, have some raw organic fruit. If you feel like a burger, have it. If you feel like some non GMO low fat whole grain chips, go with it. If you feel like some whole organic milk, go with it. Organic cheese? Do it. Want an Amy's organic frozen entree? Do it. Campbell's chunky soup? Do it. Seafood? Do it.

Out of all foods id say that vegetables are the least important. They don't provide any carbs, fat or protein. With fruit, you get more carbs and typically more orac. But if your body has a craving for any particular veggie, go with it. The cabbage juice I feel is important for recovery, and should help with bloating.

Surgery could be a third option too

It is a easy surgery. A hiatal hernia is kind of us in the throat. It often gets torn in overweight people, older people and my brother got one from crashing into a tree branch on a bike ride. They just go in a do a few stiches. Easy. It CURED my acid reflux.

Guys, we gotta chill. Keep in mind that we all share the same problem basically. So lets not drain our energy by insulting ourselves. Instead lets stay curious what others have tried and how it did work out. As youve said its a highly complex problem so trying out many possible solutions seems reasonable.

I know how much it sucks to face the sides, got so many of them. What I think is, we should make this movement bigger. Start making insta posts. Making people aware what we are facing. Why we are facing it. Maybe others will respond who experience the same or experienced the same. Maybe other people will understand our pain and we can get smth rolling. Just an idea. Dont underestimate social media impact ...

You have sent an email to the investigation that the UK's version of the FDA is doing, right?

It is the MHRA and they are about to put out a survey as well-like I will be back with a link.

Healthline headlines, did you even read some of these studies? Yes, flaxseed might lower testosterone IN OBESE WOMEN WITH PCOS HELPING THEM WITH MENSTRUAL CYCLE

In summary, 8 weeks supplementation with 3gr of omega-3 could reduce serum concentrations of testosterone in overweight and obese PCOS patients. In addition, menstrual cycle becomes more regular in this group of subjects. But it does not change the free androgen index and concentratione of sex hormone binding protein.

So essential fatty acids are not really essential, and thousands of studies are wrong because it's "very simple"? There is no place for such two great minds in this community. I'm glad they have you Aaron, sorry for interrupting. Good luck with the cure! I owe you a bottle of ginko.

In all seriousness now. I work on my own and seems like posting any kind of progress is pointless. The discussion is also a waste of time. But I browse this forum regurally, and I read every single post (even those that state that eating 1g of garlic will cure the side effects). If you will fix whatever serious side effect (dry skin, hair loss, depression, ed, liver/gut problems) let me know. If your bio-feedback machine helps you - let us know. But it seems like being active in this thread is just pointless and it leads to spam and frustration.

It seems pointless as since what you pointed out is that different things work for different people and no scientist or Dr is really studying this. It overwhelms me and leads me to despair to read this. My son just got back the first actual bad blood work (after not having symptoms for awhile). and I am heartbroken. The most serious attempts and wide variety of things are here, and even some improvement is better than none.

No he is not.

His calcium is high. His alkaline phosphatse is low and IDK why, got results yesterday. He has erectile dysfunction and it may be getting worse. He has joint pain, anxiety, anger, low focus, scalp itch, focus issues, stomach issues.

There is no cure. His life is damaged, badly and IDK how badly and he is not even out of school and I all do is worry for him.

I will post updates with my program in the near future. So far nothing negative to report. Normally I wouldn't recommend any isolates but magnesium is known to counteract excess calcium levels. If he experiences chronic constipation then I would most definitely do magnesium. If his bowels are loose then avoid magnesium. Magnesium oxide I believe is better than citrate. Citrate is acidic. The whole food source of magnesium would be cashews or peanut butter. Chocolate is rich in magnesium.

Choline is known to stimulate alkaline phosphatase. Defatted beef liver capsules is an excellent source of choline. Swanson and natures life are both excellent liver brands.

Was anything concluded with what is the cause of bad blood flow post tane? The pages have gone by quickly in the past week

Was it tudca as a solution?

I still grind my teeth in sleep, kinesiologist said obstructed air flow is one cause for teeth grinding, another is parasites but Ive cleared those 10 times over - its blood flow I know it

The excess sweating, it blood flow, the varicose veins, its blood flow

Id hazard a guess and say erectile dysfunction, its blood flow, headaches post tane, its blood flow issue

I can easily google supplements for blood flow but why do we have bad flow post tane??? Im asking again

You're right about it all being blood flow tj. It's possible the drug is trapped in the body, and once it's removed the blood flow issues will resolve. I've tweaked the program a bit to sea kelp, cabbage juice and organic garlic capsules. All are good for lymph and liver. All appear high on the machines foods lists, much higher than ginkgo gotu kola or cordyceps. Garlic's phytoestrogen content has always been an issue for me, but crucifers are known for estrogen metabolism. Will report later.

Ap is low likely due to low choline levels. Choline is a component of lecithin, which is a component of lecithin retinol acetyltransferase activity.

Thats a good question. Low testosterone causes impaired blood flow. There are so many factors.

ive read on a different forum about a guy who took Proviron (dht/test) and while on it he felt like his old self again, but after stopping it, he returned back to pas again. He also was active on this forum after, but i do not know his username and i cannot find the old post.

i do find it intriguing that alot of bodybuilders use accutane to counter the extraacne produced with the anabolics.
Anybody used some steroids after accutane?

Proviron did me more harm than good, likely because accutane is blocking hormone receptors. Getting back to naturecrazy guy and his 8 tips for recovery on YouTube, I think he's right about three things. 1, The drug's still inside the body. 2, a healthy balanced diet with adequate fruits and veggies is important. 3, Msm supplementation is important. Everything else I believe was wrong.

Garlic, onions, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflower. They constantly appear toward the top of my machine's recomended foods lists. What do they all have in common? Sulfur. What mineral is known for improving joint health? Sulfur. What mineral is known for detoxifying the body? Sulfur.

Apricots and pumpkin. They constantly appear toward the top of the foods lists as well. What do they have in common? Beta Carotene.

Accutane permanently shuts down the sebaceous glands. What Amino acid opens up the sebaceous glands? Arginine. What's the safest and most effective way to boost arginine? Citrulline.

Open up the sebaceous glands and lymphatic detox pathways with citrulline, and pull toxic retinoic acid out with sulfur. Consume beta Carotene rich foods or juices. Get plenty of whole seafood to replenish dha.

Normally I avoid isolates, but I'm making an exception here. I'm doing 6 capsules of msm and 6 capsules of citrulline every morning, with some carrot juice and seafood daily. Will report results later.

Bpc157 looks interesting. Amazon's got it under $30. Why not try it right now?

If accutane is long gone from the body, it might be very helpful. If accutane is still trapped inside us, probably not.

Just wanted to note my experience, accutane has not shut down my sebum production, post tane put mine in overdrive, they are damaged in a different way. Did lengthy experimentation with both arginine and citrulline, and pretty much all the other isolate amino acids, no change in symptoms. That said everyone's body is in a different state, experimentation is key.

Because im still on the gotu kola gingko combo. And i still got the organs. The complete package still works for me, even if its just symptoms, i like to ride it like this for a while.

the BPC 157 i googled it also for the PFS long term sufferers. One guy used it and felt while on it very good, but after stopping the positive effects subsided again.

Maybe it works for us, maybe it can he the liver like no other supplement can, i dont know. Everything is worth a try. It is also available in oral form, so no need to put a needle in the belly.

For me, arginine alone did 3 bad things. Made me extremely angry. Drove my prolactin levels thru the roof. And destroyed my dopamine levels via unrestricted dopamine release. Citrulline by itself did not result in anger or affect prolactin, but it too destroyed my dopamine levels.

When I combine citrulline with msm, absolutely no dopamine issue whatsoever. This combination is producing a better effect mentally than what gotu kola was able to produce. And unlike the gotu kola, I doubt any liver issues will arise from this combo, as msm and citrulline are known to be liver friendly. Will keep the board updated with this combo.

I've got a partially used bottle of broccomax. Tomorrow morning, instead of the msm, I'll try combining broccomax with citrulline. Sulfurophane is sulfur rich and has more biological activity than plain msm, including nrf2, cytochrome p450, and glucuronidation. Will see how things go tomorrow.

Ps--i think a water softener is huge for accutane victims. Hard water messes with your skins moisture. Soft water solves the problem. For those who live in an apartment and can't install a regular water softener, there's the aquabliss water softener shower head from Amazon for under $35.

Lecithin retinol acetyltransferase is an enzyme that utilizes the body's supply of lecithin to bind to retinoic acid to help flush it out. What's one of the top supplements that always shows up in my machines recommended supplements section? You guessed it, lecithin. So why don't I use it? It's loaded with several things I don't want...phosphorous, polyunsaturated fat, and inositol.

It's possible that supplementing with alpha gpc might boost lecithin supply in the body, and this is something I will combine with broccomax tomorrow. I would never recommend choline bitartrate.

I believe that having soft water in the house, or atleast the shower head, is huge for all of us.

Well it depends on which organ you're looking at, and it's never the same. Overall, historically the machine indicates that foods are more important than supplements, and the top foods include bananas, apricots, pumpkins, black currants, laminaria, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, garlic, onions, buckwheat groats, oat flakes, beef liver.

From that, I get the impression that potassium, beta Carotene, glucosinolates, sulfur, and choline are important. Crucifers are rich in glucosinolates such as sulforaphane, and also choline.

Accutane creates saturated fat cravings, and an aversion to soluble fiber. Crucifers are rich in soluble fiber. Crucifers have the sulforaphane our bodies need to flush accutane out, but we never eat em because of the rotten taste and the soluble fiber content. Our bodies crave savory, fatty foods.

I've tried sulforaphane alone before and it felt like my liver was getting jammed up. Tonight I combined broccomax with alpha gpc and it was a nice, pleasant feeling all around. Doing the same combo tomorrow. Taking a break from citrulline because I don't think it's as important or necessary as these two.
