Maybe ingested medical MJ is our hope... Keep hope, stay positive, it is a big part of it. I know the mind is part because of how good i feel after picamilon but accutane is also a part.

just a few things to follow up from last night guys :

Guna(italian company) has some really good homepathics - not that i would advise people to start playing with them without qualified advice

pekana( i think german) is another really good one

Also nutri has really good nutritional supplements

my current diet is no wheat and dairy, no sugar.. which i have kept pretty much since 15, no alcohol, organic(last 8/10 years) as much as possible and am more focused on a paleo/primal/ candida diet at present but lots of oils, no nuts

also i would advise against too much fish( particularly tuna , shark etc. I ate tuna and brown rice virtually everyday thinking i was doing myself wonders only to find the mercury problem down the line, and i only had 2 amalgams, now since removed obviously. The only stuff i'll touch now occasionally is wild alaskan salmon for omega 3's

having said that all i did last night i did seem to manage to keep hold of most of my cognitive function, my brain capacity i believe is largely undiminished, physically i have stretch marks at top of legs and lower back where skin was obviously thinned to breaking point, my wrists and right ankle and shoulder click if rotate them consciously and hair is thinned and fine relative to what it was. i also stopped growing at the same time as all this. stopped at 5'11" when was due for about 6'2" I actually went to see a guy at 15 to make this complaint and he laughed at me and about ten years later it dawned on me it wasnt in my head when i read the effects roaccutane can cause on growth platelets amongst just about everything else. i hadnt made that connection at the time i just felt in myself i should be growing and wasnt. plus i have a tendency to feel dried out in the joints, muscles etc. Also had a lot of trouble over the years eliminating toxins due to kidney, liver and skin being compromised by the drug, that has taken a long time to repair

also through rigour and effort i have kept going to the gym for about the last 20 years and have managed to retain a good physique and have been able to do hour long fitness classes well. Obviously none of it like i would have done without this but not that anyone who saw me would ever know i had a problem. I mention this because its easy to sit and be defeated but it wont get you anywhere> you really have 3 options 1) give in and just be a passenger to fate, 2) check out or 3) fight like hell till the end.It goes without saying 1) and 2) arent really options even though weve all been there at times. i wouldnt say my belief of the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow(totally restored health) is rock solid but my hope for it is undiminished. Ive only read a few pages of this post thread but ive read some pretty sad and heartfelt stories. Having shared that pain at times in my life, my only advice would be focus and distraction. If you feel shit, yes it great to tell someone sometimes, as everyone needs that -but dont exist there, as you will become totally immersed in it. Of course this drug can damage you so bad you feel lost inside yourself and you know your not right but its so hard to express and who can understand your grief and confusion, as you yourself do not fully understand it, you just know your not as you should be. Go sit meditate and follow your breathing, empty your mind as much as possible. Thats the only thing that heped me when i was really bad about 4/5 years after taking roaccutane.

I personally believe, and all though i have achieved this far too little in myself, the best way to look at this is oppurtunity to improve who you are as a person,, when everything goes right in life i think its easy to become engrossed in appearance, money, sex life (still dont want to lose that part lol), the rat race. What this has afforded me is asking very deeply why am i here, what is the point of life , what should i be learning. obviously you cant do these things without a roof over your head, clothes on your back and food on the table but definitely if there is one thing you can excel at relative to many of your peers its asking yourself those kind of questions and growing in that way. It even helps the condition that seems to come from roaccutane increased ocd of a kind and a competitive need to be perfect kind of feeling, so at least that can be channelled somewhere productive.

To all the people on here who feel or have felt like shit, chin up and best of luck to all of you. You're not alone.

Had one post earlier here, but skipping the long story.

Kinda had to rehearse because i am going to see my new generalpractitioner tomorrow and need to know what to say.

Been kinda trying to suppress this shit for a little over a year now. But i does not work, my body is deteriorating.

So i have been ramping it up again lately doing some research, writing down some things i will have to ask the dr about.

There is public health care in norway, but the quality is low and you wait forever for a 15min session where the doctor mostly denies that there is anything

wrong with you. They take the standard bloodsamples which are considered perfect if they are anywhere near the normal range, high or low does not matter.

Troubles that i still have, ordered by worst first and descending:

1.

Pounding chest after eating, weird feeling. Also get it at night often when i wake up every two hours or so. Every 15mins closer to morning.

Morning in my case has been about 4 hours after i went to bed, no matter when i did it. Often in the morning the heart is not pounding, more a light weird feeling.

Some chest pain while light exercising and sometimes for no reason.

After a very big meal it is at its worst, especially if i move around afterwards. Wondering if this could be because i have low hemoglobin and moving around+ digesting

is too much for it. Looking at my tests my hb always were on top. 0,1 from over max actually, now they are barely above minimum. Although they had risen a little bit after

bleeding internally.

2.

I can actually hear the bloodveins on my body pulsate against the maddress when i lay down. At a small guest house i was inn the bed was kind of hingy, the bed actually moves

as my heart beats, hearing the head of the bed gently knocking against the wall.

My stomach pulsates, the new? big bloodweins around my head(eyes) and neck pulsates.

THis has all gotten much better, but is still an issue. Especially if i drink alcohol i get this again, even if i drink very little.

Could also feel the beat in my eyelids, freakin anoying. I know the bloodveins should pulsate, but they are freakin bulging where they newer did before.

3.

the hiatial hernia and ulcer hurts. Newer had one before, and after the doctors went in there it hurts more. But i could bare this, its really the two on top that is worst.

I also have several nice natural treatments i follow for this and they work well when i actually doo them. Would be nice to not have this at all thought.

Like i did not have one month before i stopped accutane.

4.

NO ENERGY. I used to be a very ressourcefull person, lots of own projects and helping others as well. Packed days, which was no problem as long as i just

got to bed in time for a 6-8 hour long sleep i could max out the next day as well. Seeing as i cant sleep anymore i think there is a connection.

Even breathing makes me tired sometimes nowadays. Supplementing helps, but not permanently. Jet.

5.

Diarrhea. Oh yeah, almost constantly for 1,5 years. Before accutane this certainly was not the case. Some things help for this though.

6.

Tremors, luckily these are almost gone.

7.

Racing mind, almost gone. Again the day(s) after alcohol have become horrible. Alcohol further depletes something????

8.

I really do not think depression excists, i am pissed of and hurting, and i have several obvious physical reasons for beieng pissed and sad.

But yeah i freakin cry. The hopelessness of the medical society can take away hope, these are supposed to be the best years of my life but i

am stuck here arguing with doctors and selfmedcating myself due to their lack of knowledge and interest.

9.

Concentration problems. Whatever i try to do, if i concentrate too hard i get heart palpations. Does not matter if it is me alone in front of the computer

achieving something in a computer game, at work demonstrating somehting, multitasking, driving fast(which i loved before), too many people, or too much

happening around me, does not matter if its social or in a freakin pc game. Its like my eyes or brain cannot process so many things, i get physically

tired like if i was running.

10.

The body and joints are still very stiff. ESPECIALLY in the morning i walk like a hundred year old.

I used to be very soft , doing martial arts, highkicks etc. But this has majorly improved and its the mornings that is the worst.

I believe my lately overdosing of D vitamin and magnesium might be helping. I also cracked a tooth right after quitting, i had newer done that before

and ive eaten a lot harder things than stale bread before. Soo my first root canal right after tane, not the first time that happening to anyone i guess.

Some other teeths are akin aswell pluss spitting blood and stinking breath makes me believe ive got to see the dentist again. Generally look about 10 years older,

extreme wrinkles when i smile, worse than my 64 year old father, i didnt have any before. There are more things also concerning looks, but i do not care so

much, if i could just make my body atleast function again i would not care how i look. And haha, the acne, got much much worse after tane, i now have

weird large red lumps that newer break, they are just there, many large red lumps. More than ever, the acne level was stable for 12 years before i touched

the poison, so this must also come from it. ++++ it would be a whole book to list all the things.

Hair thinning, could be stress and deficiansies. AND i saw this happening to my

girlfriend also although I am the one who took the drug. She had some vitamin deficiancies from a very bad diet and had had for some time without caring,

seems supplementing D vitamin, and some weird chinese thing cured here.I believe defeciancies are damaging us, but we need to take larger doses to counter it.

Here hair thing came in a period of bigtime stress in addition to here defeciancies from bad diet. My hair did not thin out that bad, but it is visible. Thinking of vit D.

I get 15 min at the general practitioner where should i beging . WHAHA.

Has anybody else experienced all the heart stuff? That is my biggest problem.

Going to see a doctor again, and i am putting some questions on paper as it is hard to remember everything when i am there and they argue and try to rush me out.

1.

I demand a full heart exam. Not just regular ekg.

2.

I want a refferal to a sleep specialist. Im wandering if i might have gotten sleep apnea.

3.

Check vitamins: a, b, c, d, e, k. Just to have it all done, but primarely A and D. My b12 had been checked before, it was somwhere in the middle, but i doo feel

better when i take large doses of it.

4.

Check minerals, magnesium and kalsium ++ ?

5.

Get a appointment for ultrasound of my gallbladder in norway aswell. Trying to teach the doctors what damage their drugs cause.

6.

Dont really want another gastroscopi, i know its not propperly healed but they cant do anything about it. Hiatial hernia and reflux..

The natural stuff i do work well for this so i dont think i will even bring it up.

7.

Once problem one and two is solved i believe my boody will heal itself.

Any suggestions as to what more i should ask the doctor about?

Im really looking forward to seeing this documentary i saw mentioned earlier here.

Ill post my theories when i have time againl, but i truly believe we can become ourselfes again if we map similarities and research. Persistancy.

I think this forum is great support. I have been i category 1 Just being a passenger for some months now. Didnt get any better, and i want to fight.

And yeah, this could actually make one a better person:P Gotta stay positive.

edit: omg; bad attempt to skip the long story...

Hey. The eye floaters are a real pain, I know.

Good about the gums, I s'pose, though I still want to know what's causing mine.

Stress? Dry mouth? Both?

So many unanswered questions...

I think if I had unlimited money, I'd focus mainly on eliminating stress.

It's darn hard carrying on with a 'normal' life when I feel like this (as you'll know).

Not working would make things a lot easier.. Lying in bed in mornings.

Not the whole answer, because 5 months off last year didn't help things. I was still saying I wanted to kill myself, and was still obsessing over this stuff.

Not sure how to stop it though. Anything I do reminds me of how unwell I am.

But I'd definitely focus on seeing some experts, buying the best foods and highest quality supplements.

I think this has become a game though. The objective is to eliminate stress, and figure out how to deal with this (maybe before I lose my teeth or something else).

I really believe our minds need more fixing than our bodies.

Not because we're deluded, but because we need to feel happy again, perhaps before we can get better.

Sort of like the chicken and egg scenario... Does happiness have to come before we get better, in order to get better? Or will we only be happy if/when we get our health back on track?

Fuck knows.

What would the rest of you spend money on?

If i had the money i would get a big team of asian/interested scientists to work on this, i would blow it up in the media and really try to gather all the injured people from around the world and compare.

Examine the actual contents of the pills.

Find the people responsible and punish them.

I would only work part time, sleep in on the mornings. Open a world leading detoxification centre and damn use it and run it, put ot out in the country by a cold lake, have an ecological farm. I have gotten really into health after this shit hit me.

Ah, dreams.. I would have never thought of anything like that if anyone would have asked me what i would do if i had money before:P

Id do research to prove the medical industry is slowly killing us to milk us of money.

Like we have a choice.. Todays doctors dont care so we are on our own anyways.

I see my english is a little rusty, pls tell if my ramblings are hard to read.

Fuck, you guys.

(Don't worry... There is a comma there)

I emphathise with the posts above.

I think we'd be lying if we didn't really want to torture these guys at Roche, and those responsible for our misery now.

I know I have a lot of anger in me now, and could easily kill if I wanted/needed to. Sometimes my thoughts scare me, but I think it's pretty natural to feel like this when you're living in hell because of the unresponsiblity of a bunch of greedy cun*s in white lab coats.

The World sure seems cruel when you continue to get worse despite your best efforts.

You learn helplessness when you continue to try everything and fail no matter what.

'What's the fucking point in trying', you begin to shout out in frustration.

When I think about the reality of this: People committing suicide, people wanting to commit suicide, people haven't their whole life's ruined... I really want to devote my time to tracking down those who did this. I really want the World to wake the hell up and realise what's going on right under their noses. I want life to be fair. I want this drug to be banned. People are continuing to take it as we speak... Some may read this in a year's time.

I definitely have the terrible wrinkles when I smile too. I can pull some faces and think 'Jesus Christ, that should not be happening'.

But what the heck can I do about that one? Take some collagen? Nothing will work for this. Not unless you fancy getting botox in your twenties.

I went to the Nurse after work. I struggled through (doesn't half explain how hard it is) another day of work today.

I just can't do it. I feel like crying... How can I concentrate on accounts with this going on?

What's the other option? No money? I become a loser, who sit's at home doing nothing?

Nobody seems to care. Nobody can help me, or offer any advice. Nobody knows anything really, do they? They just offer shit advice like 'It'll be okay' (heard that 2 years ago, and now look at things) or 'I know how you feel'.

Thinking about it, they probably couldn't say anything 'right' in my eyes.

I'm fed up of this. I'm fed up of being looked upon as a loser. But that's what I've become. I certainly don't feel like I'm winning.

My girlfriend is getting fed up of me.

My Mum doesn't know what to do.

I have no connection with anyone now.

My friends don't get me... I hardly see them anymore because I cannot connect with them.

The Nurse and I agreed that I should take tomorrow off work.

I felt like I complete failure calling the job agency to tell them I needed the day off. I've been there for 3 days!

I just think the best thing for me to do now is kill myself. In any way possible.

Because there really seems to be no alternative.

I'm going to a walk-in clinic tomorrow. They're called 'MAP' and specialise in counselling and stuff.

Not sure what good it'll do, but I seriously need some help if I'm going to make it through another week, month or year of this.

I want that documentary to be aired NOW.

I really feel I'll struggle to hang on for 5 months, until it's on TV.

And I'm nervous that it will make no difference.

People will ignore our cry for help and we'll still be talking here in a year, going around in circles and saying the same thing.

My hopes get dashed when people come here and say they took 1984, or 1993 (or whenever) and are still fucked.

How on earth could you survive for that long anyway?

I hate trying to talk to people about this..

There aren't any words to get the point across.

You can see in the person's eyes 'I don't believe you... You're deluded'

My scalp is itching like crazy, my gums are receding, so's my hairline. I have grey hairs, wrinkles... WHAT THE FUCK!?!!?

Nobody at the age of 22 should be saying this.

I SHOULD be out there living it up.

This is painful.

Why the fuck am I here breathing right now?

If God exists, what the hell is he playing at?

What am I supposed to have done to deserve this?

What good is this doing anyone?

How will I ever get out of this?

Can I ever get better?

Will I die and become a victim of the medical industry?

The rantings of a lost soul.

You are still young, much can and will probably happen. Someone will find the cure and share it here. And several believe they have already. I strongly believe the A vitamin has pushed other nutrients out, especially D vitamin. By overdosing D vitamin and all the other minerals that D need to function right i believe i can be cured. Lately i have switched to liquid vitamin D and i have been taking 10x daily maximum intake. There are D vitamin/hormone receptors all over the body, liquids are much easier absorbed as the proces allready starts on your tongue.

I was too much inside as a kid, computers etc , the weather in norway is also bad for most of the year, vitamin D defficincy is highly likely that i had even before accutane. Although no symptoms other than acne.

Does anoyne know the IU of roaccutane? How strong is it? my brand was orifarm isotretionin. Red that retinoids have 6x times effect of betacarotene in terms of A-vitamin strength. But what is the strenght of each pill..

Going to my new doctor in 15 mins. Going to get some bloodsamples, and a refference for sleep apnea check and thorough heart check.

I bet i have low vit D and high calsium.

Well I ate the wheat for 2 days and it made me sick for 3 or 4. But it ended as suddenly as it began, and I'm all better now.

I don't know if that was really one of the worst episodes of my life. Probably not. The memory of pain fades so quickly, it's impossible to compare.

Anyway I highly recommend you guys try drinking like a kilo of yoghurt a day and taking some probiotics and colostrum in addition to whatever else you want to try,

I read you started with this, and i startet drinking lots of Kefir, had been using i occasionaly before also. Eating about 0,5L of it now with healthy cerial before bed.

I have been feeling better these days but i am doing many things at the same time.

Want to try to make some more natural probiotics like fermented cabbage and kimchi. The cabbage juice pluss cabbage pulp make excellent stools if i ate about one cabbage head a day, but hard too keep up. The reason i tried it is because its really good for the ulcer, a few days remove all signs.

Eating alot is really important for the body, whatever it is lacking it will try to get from the food, i feel so much better after putting on some weight again, was really skinny a while after accutane, all my side effects was the worst when i was the skinniest.

The doctor took A, D and kalsium tests. My new doctor was not there and i only got an replacement who did not want to be involved in this case as there were too many things. Gotta wait until the other doc is back from vacation.

Id like to buy myself a nice nurse, she could take all my tests;) Dont need no doc as they dont know shit.

Indigo

I was the same as you

Aging prematurely, etc etc from Roche, and I was only in my twenties!!

it shouldnt have bbeen happening to me, this was insane, my life felt like it was over. What had I done to myself cos of Accutane, etc etc, is what was constantly going

through my mind. if only i could turn back time etc etc

But it did EVENTUALLY get better, and now I feel 'normal'..

Plus I got happier in my life, moved to a country where I felt much happier. A couple of years ago, a woman was surprised at my age, and told me she thought i was five years younger than my age. that made my year!!

So do NOT give up. yes, thsese feelings of hopelessness are there, and be strong, ride trough it pls.

Just rememer yes, this is sooo sooo awful, but ppl have lived thru worse and survived. Look at the holocaust survivors.

You,and many others are experiencing what is termed your own 'personal hell'.

Pls be strong and let the negative emotion pass over, and it will get better.

and yes iT SUCKS!! ITS AWFUL !!

Life is definitely not for the faint hearted

I feel your pain, for I have been there. Not only felt like I was losing my marbles, but also losing my youth, and I am a woman,

who was very vain.

You are in my thoughts, and prayers..

P.S. I remember when my depression/anxiety was really bad, trying St John's wort. That helped from health food store

also EFA's such as Borage oil would be awesome for the brain, Indigo

Lamarr recommended that one. Fish oil helps with the depression, but i am unsure as to the

vit a content, so don't think that would be a good idea, to add any extra vit a into the equation.

Was trying to stay positive for the past few days. I'm kinda forcing my thoughts away from accutane but my itchy scalp is a constant

reminder of what is happening. I also developed red scaly patches on my neck that look like psoriasis (what the ..???). Was thinking of buying some good strength fish oil, but than I researched vit A content in fish oil and that's a big no no for us. Also my hair continue to shed like crazy. Is it my impression or it actually gets worse with time????????

For anyone who suffers with depression/anxiety check out ALPHA STIM. Don't know if u heard about this device but psychotherapist at my uni demonstrated it to me on some stress free lessons last year and I bought it few months ago. It is quite expensive but at least it's natural and can be used for the rest of your life. It works by stimulating alpha waves in your brain which are responsible for concentration, and induce state of relaxation. It also help with insomnia. It takes about two weeks of 15 min. sessions a day to really notice the effect but that's better than taking SSRI or similar shit, trust me I've been there. I also take Siberian ginseng which is supposed to help with adrenal fatigue, but I'm just starting with that.

Other than that I feel crap today, ugly, depressed, achy and don't want to live my house. God what happened to me I could party day and night before accutane, now I feel like 80 year old. But hey, enough was said, trying to focus on how to improve my health ( and my hair :((

so scared I will end up bald ) and increase my energy.

is it a dry scalp?

applying coconut oil could work, and stop the itch. the itch may also be contributing to the hair loss (from accutane)

I use that, and its awesome

I also lost my hair initially, but then later, it did come back to normal

For brainwaves: Try lavendel oil, sounds weird but it is relaxing. There is also some serious research on this if you google it. I put it on my pillow, and i think it worked during the worst period, but still use it, smells good.

After i got severly sunburned the first summer after accutane the itching stopped on me. Went to Santorini and got fried. I think that finished off the itching bits, had short hair, so even my head.

Or could it be the vit D in the sun.. ? :D

Hi everybody,

I went yesterday to my general practitionist for a flu (I know it seems weird but it's still cold and rainy in France) and then I told him about my poor condition I've been living for three month after taking Accutane. Now I'm getting a lot better but I still have some problems but very mild like less power when I ride my bike; however he gave me some natural medication to heal from my very light depression but nothing like before. So I thaught it could useful to share the medications he prescribed me :

-Hypericum, 50 drops a day

-Ginseng, 50 drop a day

-Oligosol lithium, 1 teaspoon per day

-Magne B6, 2 tablets per day

Even if I know it's for very light depression I hope it will help at least a bit.

By the way he told me that the symptoms of accutane are reversible and can't last too long.

Girlie, I've tried all the oils in the world, all vits, herbs, etc. I think accutane work differently on everyone. My sister took it twice and her scalp and hair is normal as it was before the treatment. I've been struggling for 3.5 years now. Nothing works, so I guess it is not going to improve :((.

Was reading some research about psoriasis today and found some evidence that apparently l-carnitine and niacin help with retinoids induced side effects. Whatever... Tired of trying supplements and spending money on things that don't do anything, may as well spend it in the pub hehe ;)

Anyone with dry eyes interested in trying HA based drops with me? There's a study about how HA eye drops work but not many reviews on the actual products themselves.

http://www.amazon.co...no_cart_title_1

By the way,

Someone said they liked taking hydraplenish? Still getting good results? I'm looking at collagen enhance by resvitale but it's so expensive.

For those doing topical things for skin health I recommend coconut oil like you've said but also grapeseed oil! grapeseed oil is fantastic for cooking and applying externally, it helps skin cells rebuild. A combo of coconut and grapeseed would be sweet. Perhaps internally as well... I was thinking about making high fat cocktails w coconut, grapeseed and olive oil along with the cleansing in order to push out bad fats, cleanse them and replace with good. Get my vision?

Also, for those taking beta carotene or any other vit A derivative remember to take quite high amounts of E as well as D.

I'm drinking alcohol tonight, just to live a little. Cheers

Oh and to the person above me talking about how they felt way better after D. About 3 months after tane I got sick for about 2 months straight, anti biotics didn't help etc. But one afternoon I was doing some work outside and I got way sunburnt, went home, took a nap and when I woke up I was better. I am going to start taking 50,000 I.U.s vitamin D this weekend. D is a huge key and I don't really believe in hypervitaminosis D. I mean it's really really rare and it's time to take chances.

Hello you guys,

Most of you here dontknow me , ive posted here only a few times about some stuff I have tried to get rid of my side effects with no sucess. I suffered from hair loss, chronic fatigue , adrenal problems, brain fog , constipation, memory loss was terrible and much more, this was after taking only 3 months of accutane. I felt my life was destroyed by this drug and I could not find a way out, i spent months looking for answers, taking vitamins, liver flushes, enemas all kinds of stuff man.. none of it worked. your body wont create health until you give it the right stuff that it needs to function and give it a break of the damaging its been getting. the food that i was eating and the lifestyle i was having after accutane was a big contributor for my health issues, constantly worrying about your health and thinking that you will live like this forever will make you burnout , I am an example of it, my side effects doubled after weeks I found out that accutane was the cause of it all, worst thing you can do right now is stressing over it , your body wont heal if you are stressed out man and it will cause more damage to organs and even your cells.

Now, I like so many people here was looking for a miracle pill ( vitamin, probiotics etc.) but i realized they didnt do a thing for me and it was a waste of money.Luckily i met a girl on the net who also suffered exact the same side effects and who also took this medication and was able to completely recover by eating a 100 low fat raw vegan diet called 80 10 10 , this diet pretty much helps your body to detox from toxins, get your lymph system moving , liver unclogged, nourish your cells that were destroyed by this medication and makes your body thrive , giving it the best nutrition it needs right now. Eating cooked dead foods of any sort will not contribute to your health man, fruits and veggies are our best friend now, believe it or not.

its been about 5 months i am eating this same diet, and i see improvements every fucking day, eating clean, drinking the cleanest water possible , not stressing over my health and enjoying life as i can is been my miracle pill man, In 2 months i am going to brazil stay there for 5 months in a place where i can get the the best healing environment , i will get back to you guys , and just wanted to say literaly my health has improved 50 % so far just by eating this diet. it will take time to create health but i am more than sure that i am in the right path. also i will be doing water fasting ,which are awesome..

hope you guys doing good..

cheers

p.s if you need the 80/10/10 diet book email me at [Removed] i will be more than happy to send it to you ,

Hi Indigo Rush...few suggestions:

1. Try Mintec i.e. peppermint capsules for IBS & stomach complaints (this is great stuff)...also drink mint or peppermint herbal tea daily.

28. Stay away from soy as much as possible but tempeh is good to eat.

29. Sweat out the excess toxins/ vitamin A through gentle exercise (too much exercise ages you) or quality sauna/ turkish bath every few months for a year.

30. Do light strength training & body building exercises once a week.

31. Eat foods high in manganese, silicon, magnesium, zinc etc...it's great for your hair...

32. Buy a quality vegan non-toxic shampoo& conditioner....wash hair as least often as possible...like once a week even!

Makes sense, vitamin D upregulates telomeraze, which repairs telomeres

That's a long list!

Thanks for that.

Can I ask where you get these ideas from?

Did you take Accutane?

It's not just going to be cannabis oil, is it?

I'm just not someone who could get cannabis.

I, too, feel pretty hopeful that we will get better though.

Really, we have to believe that or else we'll go insane.

My priory remains as sorting out my depression/social anxiety as best as I can

I couldn't stick at this.

I love fruit, but not for 80% of my diet.

I did worry a lot that it'd have a bad effect on my teeth too!

Any signs of decay?

sergio - good to hear from you. I too believe that raw food and water fasting is one of our best chances at getting better. I saw mild sexual improvements from 6 weeks pf raw.

Problem is, it is soooo fucking hard to eat raw food! My main problem is that I am a skinny guy and when eating raw food the weight loss is dramatic.

Sergio - would you mind outlining what you are currently eating on a daily basis? Are you losing weight?

Cheers

Hello everyone,

Tomorrow I have an appointment with an endocrinologist because I believe most of my side effects could be caused by hyperparathyroidism.

If you look it up you see the symptoms of it include dry eyes, dry skin, brain fog, aching bones, depression, mood swings and high calcium, all which I have.

My question is should I mention accutane? Do you guys think this will help or not?

I feel like most doctors dont take us seriously when we mention it.

In my opinion always mention it to Doctors if you think it applies, even if they roll their eyes at you and call you crazy, fuck em.

Hi guys,

Im still alive, doing my things. Have some improvement compared to 3 months ago (Bowel and ED).

For the bowel im using the bacteria treatment to restore gut flora ( note: not all gut problems are associated with yeast infections). The dr. Snow protocol in a nutshell, but with a german homeopath of mine.

For the ED : www.cure-erectile-dysfunction.org Serious improvement. Must try.

I think I have intracranial pressure like people here mentioned, but I am taking a different aproach. Namely http://en.wikipedia....ibular_disorder

Bastard bureucrats took my zinc and B-carotene so I need to get it back from some stupid bureacracy.

I also have Tinnitus and am gonna use a thingy from this site www.soundtherapyinternational.com. Not a fan of theyre playlist, but still hope it will help.

Still have major issues with fatigue and trouble concentrating and learning ( cant even read a book normally). Gonna try a chelation therapy to see if I have accumulated heavy metals. This shit costs a hell of a lot of money for a guy like me and thats considering im getting support ( financial, not moral. Its too tiresome to even try explaining to them my problems and their possible causes. I think their brains will explode.) from my family. Remeber: the drug doesnt necesserally cause the problem, it can exacerbate an underlying health condition that didnt have time to manifest.

Well wish me luck guys, have exams this week and I really hope ill mange to, by the grace of God, pass them. Keep on the good fight. I have learned a lot of things here that helped me. Like the osteopath im visiting says: '' I can give you therapy to realive your cranial pressure, but if you dont handle the cause it will only come back''. WHat you think is a cause could be a symptom. Search for the cause and take it out! Good luck!

P.S. Dont visit doctors that are not willing to listen what you have to say and think about it. If they role their eyes, that means theyre textbook dummies, who most likely wont offer you more than the average doctor Joe. And in our world, thats worthless.

EDIT. WARNING. The site www.cure-erectile-dysfunction.org is a scam unfortunately. Dont buy the products, theyre overpriced. But I still have to say I experienced improvement from them. So basically get these products, but search for them on other sites. They helped me significantly.
