Thanks, it has improved maybe 85%, redness almost gone too. Still get pretty pinkishat night time tho, around 9-10pm. I take like 2 grams a day now, 1 teaspoon divided throughout the day. I'm too scared I might OD.

I finally got my paws on my 250g Taurine satchel! Tempted to take it all at once but don't have enough apple raspberrycordial to mix it all.

I havn't been this pumped up since the Rousey knock out !

Noticedtheysay 1 teaspoon (5ml) is 3.75 g of taurine , just a heads up.

I'm with you guys. I'm gonna try out this taurine and 5-10k iu of vit A stacked with my normal routine of supps, as well as a nootropic sampler pack. I kind of hit a dead end with Tianeptine as I didn't really feel much after the first week. (tried for a month)

As far as Vit D is concerned, I generally tolerate it well, I take a pretty good amount at night with calcium and magnesium and it leads to good sleep. (I know, I try to avoid calcium because of the tendonitis) but the Vit D is advised by many doctors who see many tendon injuries and stress fractures, again which has little to do with us if we are not absorbing it properly, in any case, a full day out in the sun or taking this 500iu drop of vit D gives me a generally good feeling. To answer one of the questions above.

I heard that vitamin D helps the semen volume and libido. Im taking Omega-3 , Magnesium now , but im going to buy Vitamin D and Taurine.

Is it safe that combining these 4 supplements ? some says it may lower your blood pressure too much.

Also , sometimes i ejaculate painful , is there a chance that accutane damaged my Pelvic Floor muscles ? or i ejaculate painful because of low semen.

Im really bored of this situation.

Omega 3 fish oil is not readily absorbed by your body. It's not in the Sn-2 possition the omega 3 has to be in for your body to absorb it.

Try shucking some oysters, that way u know it's still alive when u eat it

not too much tho. I try to have 5 every second day

Hi I am new to this form but after battling accutane side effects for 5 years and trying all sorts of things such as antibiotics and birth control I've decided to go the natural route. The side effects I experience is flushed face that releases some sort of oil on my skin and hair. My hair has thinned out and started falling out on top of being very itchy along with my face. My glands all feel like they been dryed, my eyes, my nose, my mouth my skin, everything. I think this also effected me having low vitamin c and not being able to absorb vitamin b since they are water soluable vitamins. On top of also experiencing chronic fatigue and all the other stuff that comes with accutane side effects. Oh and myhormanl acne has returned. Im just wondering did taurinerelieve the dryness?

I read somewhere there was a connection between riboflavin b2, helps absorb other b vitamins. Can't really remember details. My short term memory is shit these days. Think accutane made me stupider. But if u have a b complex with p5p in itwhich I think is great coz all b vitamins are spose to work in harmony with each other rite? Correct me if I'm wrong.

i have the b2 but waiting for the delivery of my p5p

wow it took you five years to decide to go the natural route? Natural is always better. Antibiotics mess u up even more in my opinion. Birth control is useless. Had my mirena taken out like 4 weeks after having it inserted.

Read the forum, scroll back a few pages, tryingtohelp has a lot of good info.

Eating healthy helps too. Stay away from deep fried fatty foods and processed foods.

Make healthy smoothiesand juice, I can write down my breakfast, liver and bowel healing smoothieif you like

eat more greens

diet is my main healer whilst supplements helps

be warned tho, it's going to be a long process, but give your body time to heal.

Vit D helped with the chronic fatigue.

Take your supplements in moderation*

Decided to jump on the taurine bandwagon with so many promising studies out there, so I'll update if I get any results.

Currently taking 1g per day (2 x 500mg), but I'll up this to at least 2-3g. Sounds like you'd need a pretty serious amount to encounter any toxicity issues. A single Redbull contains 1g and some other energy drinks contain 2g per can after all. One thing I have noticed since starting is aching thigh muscles. Might be unrelated but it's unusual for me, feels like I've run a marathon on hit the gym massively, but I haven't. Bit weird.

I had restarted on the Tudca (3 x 200mg daily), but started get aches in my liver again, as I did towards the end of my 4-5 week stint on that. Nothing intense, but going to hold off that for the moment.

All the results you highlighted look well within the normal ranges on the right, and not too far off previous results. Noticed times taken was as far as 5 hours differencebetween tests and some fasting and some unknown, so could be normal variation.

Thank you for all your help Tran. If you could share your breakfast shake that would be great. Also, can you let me know what supplements you are currently on.

Hi guys, my Taurine powder is arrived too. I take it with Magnesium and Zinc.. Do you take other amino acids or only Taurine? I have read, that N acetyl Cysteine and Glycine is also good for bile/detox.. What do you think, is it ok to detox only the accutane without taking vitamin a? Or do you take supplemental vit a?

Greetings

by taking the taurine... youre taking the end product of NAC directly. to convert Cysteine and methionine, you need the active form ofB6. Magnesium is good to take at night with the taurine for sleep. Glycine is needed , but i think in lessor amounts until the taurine stores and taken care of. Glycine doesnt seem to conjugate with retinoic acid like taurine does. we can alter out bile composition by taking more of one than the other. We want a higher taurine/glycine bile salt ratio for what we're trying to accomplish.

What is your problem ? are you reallybelieve that you are going to get your health back with eating healthy foods ? haha

Whats wrong with supplements they are really helpful , they are many people who increased his semen volume with vitamin D. Stop disrespecting people here stop your meaningless insults , and posts.

What is wrong with you , im done with this.. Good luck with your cure process , you never get your health back with just eating healthy foods.. maybe 30 years ago , but whats the point of it ? your life is already ended.

Been looking into dosages for taurine used in the treatment of liver injury, and in the following study used 6 grams per day (2 grams x 3 per day). After 3 monthsserum markers of liver damage, as well as markers of oxidative stress, decreased significantly, as did their elevated levels of cholesterol and triglycerides.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17690950

Sounds quite promising, and considering there are studies showing benefits to other things which many of us sufferas 'tane sides (such as tinnitus and loss of night vision), as TTH2014 has already mentioned, it would seem to add weight tothe theory that we potentially suffer from a taurinedeficiency. Good to see numerous others are giving this a go, so be interesting to see if anyone notices any results in a few months!
