Oh ok, confused you with an other comment. But anyway except in extreme case of life and death situation antibiotics are useless and toxic.

Instead of anti-life biotics I would recommend wild oil of oregano just as powerful as antibiotics without the damaging effects on the body / immune system and no germ resistance , nature always provides. The last time I took a prescription drug or even over the counter drug was well over 20 years ago , there is no need for them and with my experience with Accutane I was taught a good lesson , that's enough poisoning for me thank you very much .

Hi all,

I finished my first and only course of accutane ~8 months ago.

Since then i've been suffering from 3 different things linked to accutane :

-Hair loss

-Dry lips

-Dry/peeling skin on my arms

I had pretty much accepted the fact that it was irreversible but a few weeks ago i saw my dry skin problem on my arms resolved itself. From one day to the next almost, one day i just looked at my arms and noticed my skin wasn't peeling anymore like it had for the past 8 months and they were back to normal. It was the "least bad" of the three problems but it gives me hope to see the two others maybe also go away with time.

Stay strong.

Are you male?did you experience any libido loss?

Yes i am male but didn't experience any libido loss, sorry can't help you on that.

Doxycyclin does lot of damage, doctor's (in france) don't prescribe it anymore since some years ago (at least for acne, they used it for that too). And why the hell does you even think that a toxic poison will help you to get better? you don't even have infection. Accutane worst side effect is killing the intestine and you detroy it even more with an antibiotic trying to get better? ok ok.

Are you sure that doctors don't prescribe doxycyclin anymore in France ? Because i'm french and it was what my derm was prescribing me against acne a few years back (like ~3 years back). And i can only speak for myself but it worked a little for me, it was reducing my acne on the face (without it i had a lot and while on doxycyclin it went down to mild/light acne) did nothing for the acne on my back though (wich was my biggest problem) and i didn't experience any side effects from it.

I'm not condoning the use of doxycyclin to get rid of acne, i'm not aware of the possible side effects, i'm just sharing my personal exprience of this product.

TemperateCent re read this thread and if you think pimples are bad consider what a chemo drug will do to you , it's a gamble with your health because once you ingest the first pill there is no going back so you have to ask yourself do you feel lucky punk well do ya..... have you really exhausted all options?

Also as you get older I don't know your age but acne will go away on it's own think about it how many people do you see in there 40s or beyond that have acne not many ..... anyways acne needs to come out and shouldn't be supressed with a chemo drug that's %^&* up thinking . Try neem like I told you ,you can buy neem leafes for internal cleansing too , remember TemperateCent pimples are harmless , Isotretinoin is NOT.

When I asked my derm, why me? He was like, well, you ARE very small so Accutane probably had a very long-lasting effect on you.

This is complete bs. The truth is derms don't know shit about accutane sides rather than the dry lips/skin/eyes during the treatment. They all think it all goes away the second you stop the treatment. They just don't know how the drug works (reducing the glands that produce sebum). By doing a 30min research on accutane on the internet you'll know more than 95% of the derms.

Yea my dermatologist told me it wasn't prescribed anymore. I took it too for acne (+ minocyclin) before accutane.

I think acne is a very under-estimated afliction, it can last a very long time. Another thing derms are not aware of, most of them will tell you that it will last during your teen years and when you're 20 it goes away but it's bs. The number of people in their 30s with acne is very important. You can still have bad acne up to your 40s. It is a real problem. Having a body full of ugly spots does affect your social interractions, your love life, your self estime, confidence...etc

It can basically ruin your youth, and that's why people are willing to resort to high risk treatments like accutane to get rid of it.

I still regret going on accutane of course. But it's not as simple as you put it.

I wish I had very bad acne instead of having:

-Erectile Dysfunction

-Dead libido

-Tinnitus

-Vision problems

-Low energy

-Muscle weakness

-Prostate problems

-Hair loss

-Tremor

-Obsession on health, no more interest in music, video games, social sucess

-Depression

I managed to overcome some of them in limited success..

SO, ARE YOU CRAZY?

Acne = emunctorial filtration. Destroying the organ to prevent the elimination of toxins is highly stupid.

Yeah I guess I am my girlfriend thinks I am quite aggressive in bed lol... I feel for you no doubt and it's something you shouldn't be dealing with all over pimples . Like I always say you guys should go to Natural News you will learn a lot there is a huge data base there on the search engine on ways to repair our long term damage. Keep hydrated is key for starters and limit alcohol even mild alcohol like beer and wine . RSO oil and or CBD with limited TLC has shown a lot of promise for Isotretinoin sufferers as well , also don't forget BAXYL for those with joint pain.

Also I forgot to mention plain old pot will do a lot for symptoms as well. Light up and enjoy good for the mood.

Can't heal your body properly if exposed constantly to "high" voltage. But those grounding mat can be dangerous if there is voltage in the soil or microcurrent. "Most of the electricity distributed in North America is now returned to substations underfloor. Anyone using a grounding mat risk of being connected to the main neutral current - current return - of a central" (google translate). All of that just to say we have to walk barefoot on earth at least 15 minutes per day to decharge all of this electricity, or at least verify we have 0 voltage when we sleep (a simple multimeter can test that). Most lamps "irradiate" a lot of electricity and should be away from the bed. Those electric charge affect a lot more people with lot of toxicity going.

Finger in an electrical outlet is a good way to ground oneself and tinfoil hats offer solid EMF protection.

Better to stay grounded in reality.

I tested a asus laptop of a friend who said he had pain in his hand when using it and i mesured 100 volt on him, asus to save money use no grounding on their charger. Tested on the bed of someone else 2 volt cause of the power strip & a lamp (with no CPL & CFL could be higher). Why do you think there is more and more people with electrosensibility?

A lot of people with insomnia had lot of improvement after fixing their electrical issue around/in the bed.

You don't put your finger in the electrical part of the outlet but on the ground. And no, tinfoil hat doesn't protect but make the problem far worse, you should use something who absorb not repel like ADR. Apparently you have trouble with everything you can't directly see with your eyes.

Guys, do you think that our core problem can be "overgrowth of candida"?

For candida problems I would recommend Wild oil of oregano , New Roots brand is the best one I have found the most potent on the market.

Much better than anti-life biotics as there is no germ resistance and it won't annihilate your immune system plus it's packed with antioxidants .

You have to also avoid starch too, candida is the only solution the body have to get rid of this sticky glue inside the intestine.

Ok, so you already had this option checked and our core problem is not candida overgrowth?

I mean as far as I read; tinnitus, eye problems, bowel problems, back pain, fatigue and even ED may be a cause of candida..

WTF. I certainly didn't expect 265 pages in your thread, I skimmed through the first page

I just went back and noticed this thread is three years old, so the OP might not even be around anymore.

Anyway. To whom it may concern

I am radikal. In a previous life I took isotretinoin (accutane) for like 6 years. I stopped 8 years ago. I have permanent side effects (cervical spine modifications - hyperostosis - all vertebrae are joined and I can hardly move my neck). You can go back through the my post history if the board retains it, I haven't logged in a very long time.

To the OP subject matter: some of those symptoms you may very well be stuck with for the rest of your life (curious though that your body reacted so badly after only a 6-month course, but it can happen).

Others are more a function of general wellness (diet and exercise) and can be confounding factors.

The reason I am replying though is because you guys are looking at this THE WRONG WAY.

It's not a race of what freaking exotic supplements should you ADD to your diet in order to get well/better. None of it will make any difference if you don't clear the base:

GOSPEL: Life regimen:

- As close to vegetarian as you can

- no dairy in any form

- no refined sugar; fix sugar cravings with 85% dark chocolate

- no phosphoric acid (Cola)

- no carbonated drinks

- no white/refined flour (bread, pasta, pastries, etc)

- no red meat

- eat fish

- eat eggs

- eat dried fruits for snacks

- eat nuts of all kinds

- eat lentils, chickpeas, flax, buckwheat

- eat dark leafy greens

- fast; you will not die of hunger

and

EXERCISE. EVERY DAY. Nothing strenuous.

Cycle to school/work.

Or walk three miles.

Be thankful you're not shot at or beheaded.

You have first world problems.

After 6 months your body will begin to adjust to the new lifestyle. Now that you've cleared the base, you can listen for specific pain points, and supplements may indeed be of value.

I currently take only a Zn/Mg pill. The rest is in the food I choose to eat and the food I choose to leave out.

After reading things about body cleansing, i choose not to take any supplements and i do not believe that Accutane is still in my body. I believe that Accutane HAS DAMAGED my body, my body needs time to heal. I do not believe that it is stored in my body.

I will not go totally vegetarian but I will have a very healthy diet.

I will exercise as much as i can.

I will appreciate what I have rather than keep thinking that I developed permenant side effects from some shitty drug, which is probably not even true.

I have no idea how long until my hair gets noticeably thin.

I think i will choose to wear a wig rather than spend half of my time on forums. I have done that. IT FUCKED UP MY LIFE.

I dont hate Accutane. I hate myself

Vegetarian is really bad, since dairy is the most mucus forming & toxic food that exist. Healthy diet = fruits & vegetables only (raw or only some cooked vegetables), and some nuts. But sadly even that is not enough for most people, their body became so weakened that they need to use flushing technique & herbs, or even some glandular's and it will take month or years to get better, but be sure that you will.

Cause of all disease is toxicity/lymphatic congestion & lack of filtration from the kidneys. Bacteria, fungus etc.. aren't a cause and are here to break down the toxins.
