Hum again it gets worse.

I'm now in another accutane course, I take 20mg or 40mg a day, depending on the day.

Everyday I think "oh it's gonna get better from there" but it's not, I'm pretty devastated...

So... Roacctutane kinda calmed it down, I really need to stop picking thgougt ! Just created a small red mark again by picking some tiny thing this morning.
I'm considering to keep taking 20mg a day of Accutane. It seems it's the onlyng that works, but I'm getting kinda dry now. Maybe just 20mg every two or three days ?

I'm done with my course, I'm trying to control the small spots I get.
Yeah, the camera is so flattering, also this website scales down the pictures...
But honestly, it's pretty mild these days !

I got annoyed of on/off breakouts ! Accutane is the only thing that works for me. Tretinoin doesn't do anything and damages my skin, and BP just makes my skin peel a little with no result on the actual pimples.

I'm starting low dose regimen, 20mg a week. I started like two weeks ago and breakouts are already a distant memory. Occasionnaly, the worst I got was like on small pimple at a time, but not an actual whitehead, just a small red dot.
I took 40mg last week because I was afraid that stress from a new job would break me out, so I'm a little flaky but nothing bad.

I'll keep you updated ~

Hey sorry for the lack of news.

I've moved to Beijing in mid February, as this time I was anxious about the effect on my skin. New diet, climate, the pollution, new lifestyle... Many reasons to worry.
I decided before going that I would not let my skin affect my experience, I decided than when arriving I would stop caring about my diet and just enjoy myself and live this experience fully without hindrance.

Turns out that my acne didn't get worse as a result to these life change, and I'm having a fantastic time (planning to stay absolutely). I would say that I'm so happy these days that even a breakout doesn't make me feel bad anymore, just a little bit I forget about it when I'm out.

During the first two months my skin was fantastic and I had literally no new pimples at all.
Since one month, I get pimples again, similar to previous pictures, nothing bad at all, usually not much noticeable.

I finally think I know the cause of my acne : humid weather. My hometown in humid and Beijing winter is extremely dry. That's when my skin was excellent. Now that the weather is humid again, I get some pimples sometimes as a result.

I can live with it honestly, I'm starting to think like most non acne aware people (barely care about it).

I still take some accutane sometimes to control the oil but I'm not sure it even makes things better.

It started again, because around July I ran out of accutane (I was taking it like 10mg one time a week maybe)
My skin stayed great, I just had a little more pimples, but nothing bad at all. Then when I lost my tan, I realized that when I was off accutane, I had a lot of pimples underneath my skin, so my skin went from clear to terrible in September. Like, really bad all of sudden.

Now I'm on low dose accutane again since 3 weeks ago, and I'm almost clear now.

Lesson learned : never again off accutane, I got a reliable source now so I don't plan to stop anytime soon!
