Any products youve been using that clogs pores. That or might be very mild acne. That or if the bumps are in clusters and feels rough on thay area could be keratosis pilaris mosy common in women usually dissapears on and off but I dont think thats it porbably closed comedones. Maybe due to makeup or products that arent right for your skin. Doesnt look bad not like mines

I have the same thing. I recommend Curology. I apply it every night and those small under skin bumps are finally surfacing and healing for me
