I don't know about the moisturizer, but you can buy most over the counter strengths of Bp at any drug store, at least in my town.

As for the moisturizer, Acne.org is the well known brand in the market that uses Lichocalcone so finding an alternative drug store product may be a bit more difficult since most brand of moisturizers use dimethicone and lanolin.

I am a huge fan of Paula's Choice, a little more expensive than some drug store brands but well worth it in my opinion.
