this stuff is incredible at clearing up whiteheads, blackheads and generally carming the skin. I use it twice a day, once after I've used the Nelsons Face Wash in the shower, and then applied the Nelsons mousturiser, then again before i go to sleep. it dramatically helped cool my angry painful spots on my jawline fast and efficiently. however, from my experience, the gel alone won't prevent acne, it will just make the skin cooler and more calm when spots have developed. also, as a cystic acne sufferer, i can tell you that it will not get rid of acne cysts - the most it has done for me is stop the angry red colour. so, although I have a cyst on my nose i have no other visible whiteheads / spots on my face
