I've found it to help as well.
I just wash my face with urine in my morning shower.
I've actually found that it works really well at removing oil from the face, so even though I don't use cleanser, I come out of the shower with a non oily face.
I do, however, use cleanser in the evening.
i just started urine therapy . i feel really weird but i hope its all for the best
. my face has a lot of break outs and my self steem is on the floor. =[ ive tried everything, proactive, clinique acne solutions, benzaclin, and some pills the dermatologist gave me (it wasnt accutane) if this doesnt give me any improvements in a week or 2 im goin to start accutane
urine on the face really does help. I've been trying ot for 2 months now. My face was God-awful and one of my friensd told me that I should take a cotton ball and apply it all over my face and leave it on for 20-25 minutes. It has really helped. My face really cleared up. It will work for you too.
I've tried this out and have noticed some changes in the past few days. But, I want to know if there's a difference in using dark urine or light; as in, which one is better? And, is there anyhting more I can do in order to speed up the process??
Overall, I love this method! It's shown WONDERFUL results. I know it can seem gross, but you've got to keep an open mind. I can't wait to see how my face is going to look like in a month while I use this therapy! =P
I tried the Urine therapy in August at first I thought It was working but then it did not help but I had been drinking ACV for 6 days no & I had not seen any breakout in my face I hope ACV is the cure for me I will probably find out In 2 weeks 🙂
I am also getting quite impressive results from ACV.
This is insanely screwed up... and I think I'm going to try this haha. I'm currently applying Finacea once a day at night. My problem isn't so much acne anymore, its redness, red marks, and uneven skin tone. If i apply urine at night with a cotton pad, can I still apply finacea? Perhaps 20-30 minutes after i've applied the urine?
i heard a rumor that my friend was drinking his own piss and i was like "WHAT THE F*CK?!?!" i brought it up with him and he educated me about the history of urine therapy and what it does for your body. i was very intrigued, and he was very proud so i felt like the whole thing must have had some weight to it. i remembered recently that he said it would clear acne, so i e-mailed him recently asking him how. he said i don't even have to drink it, that the best way to clear acne with urine therapy is through topical application and massage. so for the past 3 weeks i've been massaging my own urine into my face at least twice a day, sometimes more. i usually leave it on during the day and night. pretty crazy, i know. but this is what's up: i have never seen better results with any other acne medication i've ever tried, and i've been on some pretty heavy stuff like doxycycline and clindamyacin. i saw results after about 5 days -- i saw my blemishes flatten and my complexion brighten, and i felt my skin moisten. after one week i broke out a little bit, not sure what that's all about, but after three weeks i have just a few scattered pimples, my scars are faded and my face is overall much clearer. i went off my oral antibiotics a few days ago, FINALLY. no one should ever take antibiotics daily, that's just messed up for your body.
as for the UT, i'm amazed. who knew?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!? (actually, millions of people throughout history knew.....) the best part about it is it is absolutely natural, absolutely FREE of cost, and YOU make it, so it's like doing yourself a favor. it's pretty much the coolest weird thing i know about, and i'm so glad i have an open mind enough to have tried it. please, at least try it, people! if you really want to get rid of your acne, you'll get into this habit. that's what it is, a habit like anything else. so after the first few times it's not gross anymore it's just normal. especially when you start to see results, you're like "THANK GOD FOR MY OWN PEE!!!"
Urine is indeed a waste product. It may be sterile but it is indeed a waste product. What wastes that isn't removed from your body via urine or fecal matter is removed in your skin through the sebum glands.
I'm trying to be non-judgmental but applying urine to your face just defies common sense and logic.
