Well I am definitely going to try this. Does it have to be 3 x 100 mg, at morning midday and evening, or can it be 1 x 300? I can only find 300 mg tablets, except for online.
I believe he said it's much better to space them, I got mine from a pharmacy they sold 50mg and 100mg so try have a look there if u have one near to you
So tw12 tells all of you that his hair loss will never stop, yet you continue to megadose on b1. Below is a link showing large dose given intravenously caused anaphylactic reactions which are life threatening. There were no oral studies past 200mg/day.

I will ask you directly TW12, did you ever even megadose on b5? You state you had/have a metabolic disorder, but this thread is about b5 megadosing.
Also insulin resistance causes hyperglycemia, not hypoglycemia. They are the exact OPPOSITE and b1 has no effect on insulin. If it did, it would be used for diabetes. B12 has an effect in insulin, NOT b1. You admit you have no medical training, and I fear you are putting people in danger by encouraging megadosing which is what got us all here in the first place.
I stopped the b1 when i solved the cortisol and insulin resistance...I know all this from research, i have found that doctors know very very little about basic nutrient interactions and they have been teached how to react to conditions through man made alternatives and not natural vitamins and minerals so u never get cured, but treated instead......Iv been resarching for years now as i have a metabolic condition which is now coming to an end now...I can cure all of you from acne, using natural means ofcourse, by curing i mean CURING not treating but let us first fix this hair loss...My hair loss will never stop as its androgenic but im seeing regrowth from previous sheds...

Who said insulin resistance causes hypo? i said pantothenic acid leads to insulin resistance and thiamine reverses it...Have i told anyone to take intravenous ?? Thiamine intravenously contain alumunium and that is where the reaction to it stems from... Please stop spreading shit just for the sake of it...I have taken up to 1500mg and if you were informed and read studies you will know that doses of up to 3000mg have been taken daily...Thaimine is in fact used for diabetes but its not mainstream as its not promoted...It can actually treat diabetes and if big companies were not making billions and billions of dollars off treating diabetes synthetically u would have known about it...Im not forcing any1 to try this, im helping and u can see that elserax already saw results, if u want help u can have it, if u dont then u can go on and try finasteride and other useless shit that will turn u into a woman...Other than that dont bother me with ur ignorance...And yes i have suffered from hair loss due to increasing my cortisol further with b5...And i have solved it, just as i will solve the rest of the people whos lives have been miserable ever since they started b5, including u...
In your face, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23715873
Dont u dare accuse me of putting peoples life in stake, im the one helping here, wake up...
Well said tw12, itsoveryes I think your forgetting that you where the one that told everyone that l-cysteine was the cure which infact did absolutely nothing, tw12 is trying to help like you where back then. your 2 very knowledgeable guys lets stick together and beat this stupid hairloss. I've tried many many vitamins and supplements and minerals and topicals and nothing has worked, if elessarx is seeing results then that's good enough for me, I'd much rather try b1 than fin that's for sure. I have done some research And have seen people doing much much higher doses than what where doing.
Its crazy, all day at work today i tried pulling some hair out but it just wont come out! I really hope its the b1 thats working.
Also noticed more energy when waking up early this week.
Started 500mg today, lets see if it will continue to improve
Very encouraging. Keep us updated, I will buy the b1 today as well.
I took pictures of my hair wet last night... it's bad, worse than I thought. Front density is horrible and even the crown is becoming bad.
Used to have full head of hair...

The b1 is def having an effect on me and today will be my first at 300mg.

Yeh trust me we all know that feeling haha I won't even look in the mirror when my hair is wet it just makes me more stressed and I think stress increases cortisol, just try your hardest not to think about it mate. Let's hope tw12 is our saviour haha
it's so messed up though, how can using B5 megadose for like 1-2 months mess us up for so long (years+) ?!??
You would think whatever it put out of whack would get itself fixed and regulated over time???
Has anyone run tests on their thyroid and found out if there were any issues there?

i got nothing but respect for you. But tw12 Said he cant cure his hairloss because its mainly androgenic = mpb which means he have to use finas/avodart, and it looked in his latest post he Isnt very interested in using it.
He also Said he noticed regrowth from earlier sheds which might be from his high cortisol and b-1 maybe solved that.
You both seems to be well educated so the best thing would be you two getting along and could have mature discussions about this. It will benefits all of US.

Exactly
Hey guys, is your hair loss mostly located in the MIDDLE of your head? I noticed for me, the middle front is really bad, and it continues back along the scalp too. Temples receded as well too though quite badly.
I'm receding pretty bad, my scalp sucks, and the sides have thinned out massively you can literally see where the hair is missing all over, 4 years of shedding thought I would of been bald my now lol, luckily in England it's quite stylish to have your hair combed over to 1 side so it's not to bad, I find using a blow dryer makes it look a lot more thinker.

I'm tempted to use RU (topical antiandrogen) it should work wonders, theoretically. However, I'm pretty sure I would have side effects after everything I've read. Also there was 1 reported case of someone getting a terminal heart disease after using it for only 1 week (obviously rare but it's no joke) anti-androgens can mess with the heart negatively. Fin = hell no. Way too many horror stories of people having depression+ED issues even after just taking fin for a few times, and they are messed up for life now.
So that said, hopefully B1 works... it would be so funny if B1 works. Like really.. B1?!? lol. Will start the B1 today.
FYI, I ordered retin-A 0.05% and will use that mixed with hydro-cortisone in thinning areas. (It's called Saba gel) some people have had good results with this. It doesn't have any potential to mess you up like anti-androgens do so I figure why not.
ALSO, this may be getting a little advanced but, I know having high SHBG is good to keep hair, and I used to be on low dose clomid awhile back (which really boosts SHBG, FSH, LH, testosterone), and my hair was great. So I'm going back on that. Probably 12.5/mg every other day. Check this for reference: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14758568
Mike, Please dont use anything else, the b1 is more than enough to fix u ...Dont get urself hooked on anything...Give the b1 a week and see how u do on it...Iv saw many posts that retin a causes further hair loss so i wont advise...Trust me...
Good luck everyone, im pretty sure this is the cure for all of you...
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16552990 this is pretty interesting as well. premature balding basically = low SHBG, FSH, and insulin resistance.

Interesting... alright sir. I will try it your way.
To itsoveryes, sorry if i was a bit harsh with my words but the accusations were too much for me to take as i was doing the exact opposite of what u were saying about me...I urge u to start the b1 as well, i know this works, i just have to prove it to u...Dont underestimate my research, i doubt doctors have spend as much time as i did in nutrient interactions and nutrition in general....Good luck and sorry again...
This will work for you...Dont be fooled by doctors telling u its MPB if it only started after the b5 ...If it doesnt i will help you out but let us first take this one step at a time...Have faith...
