I think the only damage is done when beer is consumed immediately after a meal or snack. Beer consumption anytime before the food is fine. Experiment with it and you will be very surprised at the results.

Never really had a problem from beer, but I will keep an eye on it.

no its the combo is the salt(although i dont think beer has that much salt) and the higher than average protein content also if you have problems with grains/gluten beer will be even worse

alrighty i have a HUGE REACTION to beer...and it happened when i was younger celebrating w/ my g-pa........so after that..no more beer for me....not just beer but liquor as well..i guess anything that makes me red..
