Pros:

- VERY CHEAP
- make pimples gone
- contain salicylic acid
- makes skin feel soft
- get rid of blemishes (little bit)

Cons:

NOTHING!

this is how i do it! 1. i clean my face with proativ cleaner 2. I apply the mask Ingredients: - 3 to 5 aspirins (it really depends on you) - couple drops of honey - tiny bit of water, just to dissolve the aspirin Procedure: Dissolve the aspirins with tiny bit of water (i use a teaspoon), crush the aspirins, add couple drops of honey, mix it together, apply on face, leave for 10-15 mins., pat your face with some water and start to exfoliate(the aspirins have tiny beads) for 5-10 seconds, rinse ot off, pat your face with a clean towel (do not rub!) 3. I apply my proactiv toner 4. If i have a zit (or zits) i dab proativ mask on the pimple. Trust me it works really well. 5. I use proativ oil-free moisturizer. Then you're done! :) Im a fan of proativ btw.

Pros:

Softens skin
Reduces redness
Gets rid of acne scars by exfoliating
Shrinks pimples

Cons:

MAKES YOU SNEEZE
Dries out skin if used too much
Messy

This works wonders, but don't use it everyday like I did. It really dries out your skin, so using this at least 2-3 times a week would be best. Follow with a moisturizing lotion after. I would re purchase this item.

Pros:

Incredibly cheap
Really works.
Removed my scaly, peeling skin
Helps with acne

Cons:

It might dry out your skin if used alone. (Just add a little bit of honey and that's fixed, and also moisturize after :))

My face was peeling pretty bad. Almost as much as when I used Panoxyl. I used this and it actually removed the peeling skin (most of it) Here's what I do: Look for **uncoated** aspirin (it's uncoated unless it states on the bottle "Coated") or one that has a micro-thin coating (what I have). It will dissolve faster if it's uncoated or has a very thin coating. Get some honey. I just use my trusty ol Great Value Clover Honey. It's cheap. I take 4 aspirin tablets and put them in a small bowl (small plate.. whatever you can find that's CLEAN) I add a few drops of water. Let them dissolve for a few seconds. Then, I add a little more water to make a semi-thick paste. (kinda like Elmer's glue) Then, add a little bit of honey to the mixture. Mix it together with your fingers. It may look like a little, but trust me, it's enough :) Next, spread it on your face GENTLY. It will be gritty, so gentleness is key. After that, I grab a paper towel and place it on my shirt like a bib so the mask can drip as it pleases and so I can walk/move around as I please. I leave it on for however I feel like. I've left it on for several hours before. I recommend leaving it on for at least 10-15 minutes. Then, close your eyes (you don't want that grit in your eyes.. Trust me) and GENTLY rinse off with your hands or with a paper towel or a wash cloth. Just remember, GENTLY. When your done, pat dry GENTLY (just do everything gently... Okay?) with a towel or paper towel. Just make sure it's clean. Or, air dry. Afterward, apply moisturizer gently (there's that word again....) I recommend using this mask once a week. No longer. I've been told your skin will grow tolerant if you use it more often, and we don't want that.. Do we? This mask has worked wonders for me, I hope it will do the same for you. Good luck:)

Pros:

-feels absolutely smoother after wash off
-cheap
-works!

Cons:

-a little messy

I have been doing this now for a month and the change is so significant! I have pimples popping up like crazy ugh! but once I discovered this I can not live without. Became a little obsessed, was doing the mask everyday but realized your skin will get immune to it (and not work as effectively) so you should try every other day or just a couple times a week depending how you skin reacts. If your skin is dry already and you just want it to take effect on your acne just put it on and wash off and dont rub the little aspirin beads into your skin. Make sure to leave it on your face for minimum of 20 mins.

Pros:

Decreases redness and size of all types of pimples
Cheap!
Fast results
Helps with oily skin

Cons:

Made me sneeze when used as a mask without honey
May dry skin if you have normal/dry skin to begin with

I LOVE this! I've heard of it forever but finally decided to try it after a facial I got from a spa made me break out worse then ever. I went to Walmart and bought the 500 pack of lightly coated asprin(was imitation of BAYER) Came home, dissolved it with a few drops of water and put about a tsp of honey with it. Left it on for about 20 minutes, and scrubbed my face while taking it off. Next day I had almost no zits, and the remaining were tiny. 2 days later, literally zero, and not only that but my normally VERY OILY face wasn't as bad! Using this now in the shower daily without the honey, and doing the mask once a week and my face is the best its ever been. No zits, much much less oil, and more confidence. If you haven't already, try this!

Pros:

Reduces redness and size of acne.

Cons:

Dries skin out on non-acne affected areas

Love this stuff! I usually only get zits around my mouth, and to a lesser extent my eyebrows. I have never been able to find an effective spot treatment until now. Before now I have just been using prescription Differin and Eryacne (at almost $100 for both every few months) plus Doryx tablets. However these dont stop the breakouts and I need to use them consistently every day. Using crushed up supermarket aspirin just with water as a all over mask every few days and as a daily spot treatment has been so amazingly effective! - but I appreciate that it's still early days. Will continue to use my prescription meds until my skin sorts itself out, then ideally I can wean myself off.
