Product used: Proactiv Solution (Refining Mask)
Cons:
It smells really bad , not something you could wear out
It does work for me 80% of the time
Although the directions say to keep it on for 5 minutes then rinse it off i just dab it on the spot i need it on & keep it on over night

Product used: Murad (Acne Complex)
Pros:
first day- used it and it's nice, make my face feel clean
it's only been 3 days and will continue to fight until it's 4 weeks
Cons:
2nd day- something strange on my face-purging_F*** horrible, make me feel like i'm not cleaning my face!!!
3rd day- every steps stung my face:{
i've used it for 3 days and i'm scared. my face broke out so nasty;places that i've never had acne. but places where i has acne, i think it's working but i have scars from my past stragdy.
i don't know if this will be the last product that i've used or it will be the last product that i touched. so, i need to keep doing my job and lets see if my face will clear up beautifuly after 4 weeks.**i'll come back and write a review*

Cons:
I gave this product at least a year and it always gave me bigger painful pimples. I recently stopped using it for Your Skin Care RX and my acne has cleared up.
I think the medicine is too strong and my skin is at a point where those strong acne medicines just aggravate it more. I'll never buy Murad again and won't recommend it.

Pros:
Helped clear my skin for the first week or so.
Cons:
After first week, acne got worse.Spot treatment stings like crazy, and the lotion makes my face oily.
I wouldn't recommend this product, it did not help my skin , now I have somewhat more acne to worry about. Plus, it's a bit expensive.

Pros:
its cheaper as it comes in a kit.
Cons:
purging...my skin started purging really bad from the 2nd day . i waited 28 days because they say that it makes the skin worse before getting better. i waited 6 weeks and my skin just got worser than ever.
this product does not work at all. just make skin worser and full of acne and new scars. its was a waste of time and money for me. but if u believe it works, u can try out. didnt work for me. so i wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Pros:
It cleared up my skin and made it really soft. Now I only have 1 or 2 zits.
Cons:
Made my skin kind of dry because I didn't use the moisturizing lotion. It is also very expensive.
I love Murad and will continue using it.

Cons:
made my skin 10x worse
now have acne where i never had it before
still trying to clear up the mess it made
I thought my acne was bad before- now its REALLY bad after using murad and i wish i could go back in time to when i only had 2 or 3 breakouts. it may work for some people - it definitely didnt for me

I have been using this stuff for a year and I like it my skin was really bad and I ordered this stuff it works magic... I have sensitive skin and I had no allergic reactions . The spot treatment is my best friend when i feel a pimple coming out i put it on and the next day its gone.

I like their bonus sulfur based spot treatment, that really was a magical tube. I dab it on a pimple and a few hours later it shrinks considerably.
The other 3 products (face wash, gel, moisturizer) was completely ineffective though. It didn't do anything for my face whatsoever, didn't make it worse, or better. The ingredients weren't potent enough I guess.

Pros:
Definitely works for mild acne. It cleared up my skin. I have really oily skin, so it did not dry out. Great to use under makeup.
Cons:
You do have to put up with the purging - more pimples ofr a while. But I would say that it is worth it.
I used it for 6 months, and then when my skin was clear, switched to Neutrogena. I then began breaking out, so have gone back to Murad. I find it cheaper on [link removed] than the Murad website. The Exfoliating Gel is the best, along with the cleanser. Worth a try!
