Cons:
it's a diuretic or water pill
Pros:
- Completely cleared my hormonal acne. NO more red painful cysts on my chin and jaw that last for 2 weeks at a time.
- Balance in hormones seemed to positively affect more than just my acne (overall mood, for example).
Cons:
- Terrible initial breakout
- Took a solid 4 months to start working consistently
- Had to lower my dosage on my own. Started with 50 mg/day then after 2 months my doctor bumped me to 100 mg/day but it really lowered my blood pressure and made me feel strange so I went back to 50 mg and have loved it! I'm 5'2, 105 lbs so I'm sure that's why I need a low dosage but thought I'd include this info!
Pros:
-No breakouts almost immediately upon starting the drug
-Skin looked almost completely flawless
-Very safe drug in that it has been on the market for many years
Cons:
-Broke out into hives due to an allergic reaction :(
Pros:
No more oily skin, no more pimples and breakouts. My skin cleared up, didn't take long to start working. Inexpensive.
Cons:
None
Pros:
Clear skin
Reduced oil production
Cons:
Menstrual irregularities
Mild dizziness at first
Pros:
Clear up my cystic painful acne in 3 weeks!!!!! Crazy!!!
Cons:
Nasal congestion, feel my body dry, inside out. Drink lots of water help.
Pros:
It has jerked me out of a deep depression. I went from sitting on the couch all day, to never sitting down at all. I feel elation again, and I never thought I would ever be happy.
Cons:
I haven't had any yet, just that if I don't take the meds on time, I get a little down in the dumps. My acne is much WORSE right now, and quite a bit worse than normal. I am waiting for it to turn around.
Pros:
Clears up acne in months!
