  1. Hi! I want to know if this regimen is right for skin that is tight after washing but oily in day...how can I make my skin NOT oily during the day? 1. Wash face in shower with Benzoyl Peroxide 10% creamy wash (told to by dermatologist) 2. Use Eucerion regular lotion, although on back it says apply to dry skin. Again, dermatologist, but only until my skin stopped drying from medication (which it has) 3. Workday, and by 11 or 11:30 my skin is oily. If I don't put on powder, it's terribly b
  2. The Situation: I have been battling acne now for over a year. I have seen my dermatologist, been given Retin-A, Clindamycin, BP, Doxycycline, a decent moisturizer and cleanser, yet I still battle acne and extreme redness/dryness. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I spend a lot of time outdoors/in the sun, so my acne situation is very difficult. Anyways, after a year of on and off success and failure, I have decided to create a new regimen given all of the resources I have now. Required
  3. Hi everyone. I have been on the Regimen for a few months now. It has been a success and I am now clear, only getting a stray pimple every now and then. I also started using AHA as a night moisturiser every night over a month ago. I want to sort of phase out the regimen. The BP is costing me too much to sustain it and it is bleaching my hair. But I am loving the AHA as it's giving my skin a nice look and reducing my acne marks. Has anyone had success in removing BP from the regimen and just usi

    Weaning Off Regimen

First I want to start off saying that the Regimen has worked wonders for me. It cleared up about 97% of my acne in the 1.5 years I was on it. However, I decided that I didn't want to be on it my whole life. I also started to see my face age faster than normal. Although I moisturized very well and always used jojoba oil, I could see my face changing. That is when I decided I would try stopping the regimen. This may not work for everyone, but for those who are afraid of stopping or weaning off the
  5. I've been on the regimen for about two months or longer and have seen little to no improvement at all, for about a week at one point i was clear and right now its the worst its ever been. I am not 100% sure but from research im guessing i suffer from hormonal acne as I am a guy and my face is COMPLETELY clear but my jawline/chest/back are absolutely disgusting (worst being jawline). I have been experimenting with other things on the regimen on the way through which is probably frowned upon i sup

    Share Shipping To Toronto?

I'm looking to order some more products and if there is anyone in Toronto that would like to share shipping, let me know!
  7. I have a question! I have been avoiding makeup pretty much entirely..and i'm not too worried about wearing makeup during the day because I know come evening/night time time I take it off and wash my face with a cleanser to take it all off for a fresh face for night time to let all the BP sink in. So what my question is, what do I do if I want to wear makeup at night time around the time I am going to be doing my night time regimen? I usually do my night time routine at 5-6pm and I'm freaking o
  8. I am an athlete that gets up early in the morning to shave (using jojoba oil and the Regimen Cleanser and a two bladed razor recommended by this site) prior to going to our first workout of the day. After the workout, I come home and shower and complete the Regimen as prescribed. After that, I head to class. During lunch we usually conduct our second workout. This is the question I have. Usually I have another set of classes and/or meetings until nighttime (where I do the Regimen at night), s
  9. So I recently stopped using the Acne.org regimen after almost 2 months. Unfortunately, my skin and the BP was not a harmonious match. The discomfort from my dry, flaky, itching skin was becoming too uncomfortable and unsightly AND these small red pimples were beginning to appear. So my question is...what are some product lines or other regimens former users of Acne.org regimen transitioned too?
  10. I just got the Regimen and love how you can just follow the instructions (meaning no mistakes). One thing I am very unsure of is the benzoyl peroxide, which is in a NON-pump container. Is there a reliable way to get two pumps worth? By the way, I used BP before a lot, and in stronger percentages, so that's why I'm not starting on a smaller amount. Thanks!

    Regimen, And Side Effects?

Hello acne.org community. So I have a problem. I am starting to think that the Regimen's cons actually out weigh the pros. It is currently month 3, and I have seen some results. They are not the best by far, but definitely getting there. Anyway, I am still experiencing very dry and flaky skin. I have to bring a moisturizer to school, and every period I have to say I have to go to the bathroom, and apply moisturizer. I am very self conscious about how I look, and the flakiness is not good. I have
  12. I am 15 years old and i recently found out i have acne vulgaris and alot of zits all over my face, especially on the cheeks to my forehead and chin. In the past i have little acne yet i thought proactiv would heal my acne. It was the worst decision of my life especially when i had decided to stop using it. When i had been using proactiv, my skin was clear but when i had stopped using it my acne just burst. Ever since then i have used everything literally. I've tried coconut oil, natural organics
  13. I have been using the regimen since May 15, 2012 so about a month and a half. I notice that my skin is a little better but not significantly as for many people by now according to the reviews I have read. So, can anyone with moderate to severe (more on the severe side) acne that has used the regimen share their experience TIMEWISE with the regimen? How was it working for you by this time? (Month and a half or so), when did you see the most dramatic resuts? Did it work or not for you? and if i
  14. I have been on the regimen for a month now, my skin has improved abit, i dont break out so much anymore, my skin is red and dry tho. I am going to London this monday with my class, monday to friday. This means it will be almost impossible for me to keep up with the regimen, since i am going to live in a small hotel room, with 5 other dudes.. what will happen if i skip the regimen for those days? will i lose all progress, and start breaking out like crazy? and will i have to start all over wh
  15. Hello Acne.org community! It's been nearly 4 years since I last visited this site. For the past eight months, I've been using The Regimen. AND I'M CLEAR!!! I urge you to try The Regimen. It's no secret. It's just the best I've ever experienced. Seriously. (Obviously it's dependent on you, but) this stuff really works! I'm not paid by Dan, acne.org, or any third party vendor, etc etc. IT F***ING WORKS! I want you to be clear. So you can hear me out if you want. I'll tell my brie

    Body Regimen? Help?

Hi, i'm 14 and I've struggled with body acne for around 2 years. I feel like it's ruining my life. I can't wear any of the clothes I'd like to wear, especially dresses and tank tops, and I can't go swimming. I wash my skin in the morning and take a shower at night because I have hockey every day in the afternoon. I use the bp and then moisturize. It's working a little I guess but I want to be able to finally be confident and wear a dress to this dance coming up. Can i have some help? Does anyone
  17. Does anyone have a suggestion for a gentle body wash that is compatible with The Regimen? I use the acne.org products but I don't love using the face wash on the rest of my body. Any suggestions? Or even, what to look out for (ingredients to avoid, etc.) in a body wash? I'm looking for something relatively inexpensive like Dove or another readily available drugstore brand. Thanks so much!

  19. Hi acne.org community, Seeing as I've been using acne.org regimen products for the past few months I've thought it appropriate to register here and share my spots of bother... ahaha... I've been acne prone since I was 13 and now I'm 17, and the severity has worsened. Proactiv did work for me until about two years ago, and that's when I had to take a different approach. So far acne.org's BP treatment in conjunction with the AHA+ (which I've been using for just a week) has really helped ta
  20. So I have been using the regimen for around 1 1/2 months. I have had success but I still have some clogged pores and maybe one or two small pimples. Unfortunately, every time one pimple goes away it seems that another one sprouts up in a different place, so I decided to start using AHA. First, I am just wondering it is OK to put AHA on even if I still have a few pimples. Just to let you all know, I have only been doing half AHA and half moisturizer cause I dont want to breakout. Second, when I u
  21. Hi I'm using the regimen for 5 weeks and it works well as it stops the breakout but my skin isn't smooth (photo) I don't know what to do or use. Can AHA+ help against this type of acne ? Before using regimen i had the same problem but with the. regimen it's more visible than before Thanks
  22. Hi guys! One of my friends told me about acne.org and I decided to check it out. I was going through the website and noticed that people who use the regimen have worse acne than me. Does that mean I'm not eligible to use these products? Is it only meant for people with severe acne? I attached a few photos... can you guys go through them and let me know if I would still be able to use acne.org stuff? The pictures aren't that good, but it's little bumps on my forehead and both my cheeks. PLEASE TA

    Extreme Caveman Regimen

Hello everyone, I have had acne for a while now, got it at 13 and now im 17, and it has been persistent. It got bad when I was 15 and I was on a lot of medications at that time to clear it up. They were not working so I then went cold turkey, water only and that helped a ton. I have been doing that since then but just recently I have gone completely caveman (not letting anything touch my face besides my pillow at night). I am on day 4 now and I already feel great about this decision. The itchi
  24. Okay, so it's been a year since starting the regimen. I won't deny that it has worked at clearing my acne, but overall, it has caused me to have other skin issues which I've never experienced before in my life; redness, dryness, wrinkles, clogged pores, blackheads and hyperpigmentation which lasts for months on end. When I had acne when I was 15 and wasn't doing anything to treat my face, I would pop pimples constantly and the red mark afterwards would heal within days. Nowadays, if I do pop
  25. I am on the regimen. My skin is not fully clear. However, I am keen in bleaching my skin abit. Can I bleach my skin while I am still on the Acne Regimen? If yes, how should i go about doing it? Like are there specific products/brands that I can use? Thanks. Constructive answers are appreciated.
