Nothing happened. Only made my lips redder. LOL.
The title says it all. Been taking this for several months. It helps with the skin, I think? Haha. The brand I have with me is Nature Made (I'm based in the Philippines).

Used it to prevent scarring, then it got worse :(
I tried using it on my one red scar, to accelerate the healing process. I religiously put it on my scar every night. To my surprise, it turned into a pimple again. After that pimple healed, I got a rolling scar. :( It isn't that deep but it's very noticeable. I REALLY regret using it on my scar in the first place, because at least it was just red but flat. Additional info:
I have sensitive acne prone skin.

Cons:
Broke out in cystic acne on face chest and back
18 years old and had acne since about 6th grade. I've tried fish oil, vitamin e, and flaxseed oil, and they all gave me giant zits on my face, chest and back. I think it's the oily products that are making it worse.. If I could find something like them that is not oil, i think things would be different.

Pros:
Seemed effective at first.
Cons:
Broke me out.
After reading rave reviews about how vitamin e helped to fade acne scars, I decided to give it a try. I took vitamin e daily internally as well as topically. It seemed effective at first. My skin started glowing and my acne scars appeared slightly lighter. However, two weeks later I started breaking out worst than ever and also in places that I've never broken out before (my cheeks). I concluded that the oil from the vitamin e clogged my pores and made me break out. Since I was desparate to lighten my acne scars, I began using vitamin e to spot treat, but even that didn't work. I am assuming that my scars appeared lighter in the beginning because the shininess of the oil (the glow that it gave my skin) helped to conceal the scars.

Pros:
None.
Cons:
Terrible smell.
No improvement whatsoever on my acne or on my red marks left after acne.
I used vitamin E oil. I can't remember the brand name but I bought it at Wal-mart it was probably a generic brand. The smell was horrific! I used it for about 3 months because I really wanted to see if it would work but there was no improvement in my red marks at all. My family just kept complaining about the funky smell coming from my room 24 hours a day. Do NOT recommend.

Pros:
Makes the skin on my body soft (that's why 2 smiley faces). It's cheap.
Cons:
A rash developed, then the pimples erupted.
I continue to use it on my body as I have pretty dry skin, but it will never touch my face again! The rash sucked, and I have never had so many pimples.

Pros:
Gives the skin a nice glow
Cons:
More than it cures it harmed my skin, it made my skin oily and breakouts were quite often.
Must have worked for others but it didn't work for me at all. I started taking Murad's youth builder which was very beneficial in controlling the breakouts and keep my skin oil free.
