Pros:

gets rid of scars from acne.
gives your skin a good moister balance.
gives off this "glow" (and I'm not even kidding!)

Cons:

greasy- but that's okay, just use it at night.

You might look silly but it is well worth it.

get a a bottle of Vitamin E gel caps and poke a hole with a needle in the top. Rub a little bit over any problem areas.avoid putting too much. A thin layer will do. Also avoid putting it over existing acne. sometimes it helps mine, but i have heard it can make it worse! when you wake up you will already notice a difference in jus one night! its crazzzy! get it. trust everyone on this website. ****i love my face*****so will you!****** what do you have to loose? honestly. ohh and p.s. 'Jamison Ulta Rich Vitamin E Cream For The Face' works wonders.

Pros:

Cheap, AMAZING, healthy. Works wonders.

Cons:

can get very oily. esp for skin that is already oily in nature.

My skin was amazing till I stopped taking care of it. I broke out all over and worst thing was, I picked at it! Extremely hot showers didn't help either. So I ended up with enlarged pores, acne AND scars. Proactiv helped me reduce my acne a bit but I still had the rest. So my vegan friend suggested I try VitE sans all the other crap. Or Shea Butter. They both are great! In the past six months, my skin has tightened much more! I've got a better glow and acne-free too. I make sure I clean my face every night with a cleanser/exfoliator, toner and then use VitE or Shea Butter. Depends on my lazyness haha. Anyways, it works wonders. For my skin anyway. I love vitE oil :]

Pros:

The gel caps go on your skin like a lotion
Gel caps dont make you break out

Cons:

if you have really old marks (lets say months old) they will take at least 6 months to fade...but dont give up, I used it for six months and my skin is clean!

Use this stuff but use it for a 6 month period to see results. It does work. I have used to for the past 10 months and it is amazing! I swear by it! I have a new spot on my face and only 3 days after using it i can see new pink skin, no scar! Its good!

Pros:

Hydrates without causing breakouts. Smoothes the skin. Lessens appearance of scars.

Cons:

Can be greasy if overapplied.

I'm on Accutane so, my acne is pretty much gone now but my face is incredibly dry. I also have a lot of acne scarring leftover. I use Jamieson's ultra rish moisture cream with 30000 IU's of Vit. E. Because my face is so dry, even if I slather it on, it will dry up in ten minutes or so. I then find that I have a smooth, supple face for the rest of the day. One jar has lasted me three months so far.

It is a little thick when you apply it. But when you wake up in the morning you skin feels great.

I've dealt with acne and scaring all of my life. I'm a big pimple picker so I have a lot of scaring.I can for the first time in my life say I love my face I get so many compliments on my skin if people only knew.

Helps a lot, especially with BP

I had issues with Acne for most of my life (now I am 30). The only thing that worked was accutane (but only temporary) and Benzoyl peroxide.

With Benzoyl peroxide I was able to efficiently control acne for some time but it always at some point became unmanageable again.

Last few year was pretty hard and efficiency of BP also reduced. After some research on Acne, I have found information that BP depletes

vitamin E in your skin. I started taking higher doses of vitamin e oraly (probably 4x times recommended dose) and my acne significantly improved.

I got it under control (99% of time my skin is clear) again. I still need to use BP but vitamin E is a missing component that is required to make everything work.

Try vitamin E with Benzoyl Peroxide and I guess for 99% of people it might help control acne effectively as I have a very stubborn case.

Pros:

This is great! I noticed results even after the 1st application. I put it on at night, and in the morning noticed that my face was much smoother!! I love it... why in the world didn't I think of this sooner?

Cons:

Well yes, it is sticky and oily when you just put it on....but after a while (30-40 min) it completely dries, and absorbs into the skin. So no big deal there.

THIS IS GREAT! try it.

Pros:

This is the best product i have ever tried on my face, my belmishes have faded completely and my sunspots have all gone. My complexion is glowing, its amazing. Not only does it get rid of scars, its preety much the best moisturizer.

Cons:

Its preety thick and very shiny when you apply it but it eventually tones down, and trust me it is well worth it.

The stuff is cheap and it works you have nothing to loose. Doesn't matter what brand...but get at least a 400 IU, you want it to be potent.
