Pros:

nice glow, fades scars, hydrates the skin, balances skin tone

Cons:

feels a bit greasy going on, and if using capsules on face can be really obvious - so best to use at night, or when staying at home

I bought Jamison ultra rich vitamin e creme for the face, and have used it for 3 nights, and i can honestly say i notice a difference in the scaring already. the cream feels really thick, but it hasnt caused me to break out (Even though i have realtively oily skin). in addition i put some capsule vit E oil on to the trouble areas, and nixoderm or proactiv spot treatment onto existing zits. i look really funny at night, but this is working! my skin is definetly more even and glowing. the jamieson cream is also cheap. I think same results can be achieved just using the capsules, but the creme has a 30, 000IU so in my mind i feel it'll work faster. im a product junkie, and have bought everything from murad (SO BAD!) to le mer, to proactiv...and jamison is the cheapest and im loving it so much! try it! you have nothing to loose. except your scars.

Pros:

It actually works.. if you continue using it it does reduce your scars which will eventually disappear.. Vitamin E is also a very important skin supplement and promotes an overall healthy look and glow

Cons:

No cons

I use pure Vitamin E oil (wheat-germ oil) directly onto my face (usually just my cheeks where I have scarring) every night and wake up with soft and moisturised skin - although people suffering from acne need to be careful with putting any oily products onto their face, it does not make it oily, it moisturises and repairs which is just as important. Try it and be patient! It does work!!

Pros:

Affordability

Cons:

none that are unexpected (oily face) ; )

I started using Vit. E capusles on my face about 2 weeks ago after my sister in law raved about how good her skin looked while using it. So a bit skepical i decided to try. How bad could it be, im already broken out... So now looking at my face i can see that it looks more radiant and the red marks arent quite as noticable. I have also heard good things about virgin coconut oil so I just made a home made facial scrub that uses brown sugar, honey, oatmeal, cinnamon and virgin coconut oil.. so far so good. I am changing my diet to include mostly if not all water and just really watching what i eat as well as a daily multi vitamin. ill post back with my postive (fingers crossed) results!

Pros:

Fades redmarks incredibly fast, especially with high dosage.

Cons:

Too much - 800I.U. a day, made my nose almost dripping with oil, it was disgusting, I lowered my dosage and am still getting great results.

Definatly use vitamin E for stubborn redmarks, works great, fast, and only have to pop a pill. Just keep your dosage at a normal rate, or your oil with get out of control. :)

Pros:

Works Well, Fast, Reduces redness, Gets rid of acnes, Cheap

Cons:

Oily, Cause black heads at first use

I've been using it about 1-2 weeks, and I'm noticing a big difference. I've tried all kinds of acne products, including neutrogena, clean & clear, and etc. But all that did was cause scars cause of the amounts of acid. Vitamin E has been getting rid of scars and making my skin smooth and giving it a better tone. I love vitamin E.

Pros:

feels great, awesome moisturizer, haven't broke out yet and leaves skin smooth in the morning, but im still crossing my fingers

Cons:

very hard to apply everywhere, but it will eventually get on there, feels like skin is oily but goes away in a couple hours so put it on before bed

its worth a shot if nothing else has worked. just put it on at nightcause it will take a while to soak up in your skin, but in the morning you will be fine.

Pros:

Very sticky

Cons:

takes care of scars and post acne marks!

works like a charm, i had a minor surgery done, removal of 2 facial moles, and the surgeon recommended it using on stitches, now the mark is hardly there...while i was at it i also applied some on my very stubborn acne marks that would not just go away and i was sick and tired of hiding it with concealers! i have been using it for almost 5 months and don't have any problems, i usually apply it before going to bed.

Pros:

Affordable, Moisturizes, Helps fade red scars, Soothing, Helps control breakouts

Cons:

Face is shiny, BUT I usually use it as a nighttime moisturizer and blot/gently wipe excess oil with very warm washcloth.

I had clear skin as a teen, but my senior year of high school I started to break out and now at 21, I am still battling those breakouts. However, I found that with my skin, the drier it is, the more I break out, so I can't use products like benzoyl peroxide or the like. What has really improved my skin is using Vitamin E oil as a precursor to my cleanser. I put several drops of it on my face, rub it in, use it to take off makeup, and then I use my foaming cleanser ON TOP of the oil and rinse. Then, I rub in several more drops of vitamin e oil on my face, but what I then do is take a very warm washcloth and blot/gently rub the excess oil off. This makes my face more dewy than greasy looking, so it works well in the morning of if you have extra skin creams you use. This has worked well for me, so I wanted to share it with others. This might sound like a lot of vitamin e oil, but if you buy it in bottle form, it's not very much at all and it's not sticky oil either.

Pros:

I've had these persistant facial scars do to popping pimples and I've had them for years. I tried multiple masks to no avail. However, one night, I applied the Vitamin E oil (from Jamieson, 28,000 IU) and my scars healed drastically!

Cons:

Oily...kinda sticky!

If you have scars, use this. I've tried the following to no avail: Honey Mask Baking soda mask Lemon juice + Vinegar regimen Lemon Juice + Epsom salt mask Olive oil mask But the Vitamin E oil healed my scars! Make sure it's pure Vitamin E oil.
