Try taking it orally (take the pills instead of using the oil on your skin). Vitamin E somehow helps with vitamin A and zinc, both of which help to treat, but mostly prevent, acne. Normally we don't get a lot of vitamin E in our diets and it isn't a crucial supplement anyway, but it really helps skin. It should also help if you have dry skin (which must be related to cell-turnover and helping to fade scars). I take it whenever my skin is dry, and usually it improves in a day. My brother takes it whenever he is starting to break out, and he says his skin is usually clear in a couple days. I'm posting this because he used to have pretty bad skin and I asked why it's been so clear.

Pros:
not that expensive, compared to other treatments and frustration, takes away redness on broken out and sensitive skin, leaves a glow(really), skin is hydrated, supple and soft!!!!!!
Cons:
I bit gooey, but if you can deal with burning and harsh peels, and scrubs this is cake!!!
Just got a new tattoo and was told i could put vit e on it to help heal it faster and then *DING* why not put it on my face too?? I have had really bad acne for my whole life, not just the ones here or there and they're really small, no the big fat deep ones(sorry they suck and thats what they are) I use Cosmedicine Speedy recovery for a facewash (has glycolic acid in it to help with the removal of dead skin and promotes new growth) but at night i put on the pure vit e oil 30,000 not a whole lot just in the dry areas and around the eyes.
Best to put it on at night so it has a chance to soak in, and skin looks great in the morning.
If you are a long time acne sufferer whats to lose to try this, what....have great skin that we've all been waiting for ....for oh....you know, FOREVER!!!! Just try it, it helps( i know i sound like an infomercial, just happy about the results and want to share!! ; )

Pros:
It's very cheap and I'm a teen. Teens are known for having really bad acne. My mom bought me the water soluable vitamin e pills and i take them everyday after dinner. I saw a huge difference within two days. It really helps scars too.
Cons:
Its really greasy and can have a not so pleasant smell. Other than that its great!
It helps reduce acne. Lightens up scars. Softens skin. Very cheap and clearly amazing!

It WORKS! Fades scars, reduces redness, hydrates.
Cons:
Sticky- but that's the ONLY con... and it is worth dealing with the stickiness because it works!
The only reason I wanted to write this review is because it works... it really works. I have an olive complexion that scars really easy. Any bump that appears leaves a dark mark on my face for weeks and weeks. Vitamin E oil works to fade those marks fast. I use a tiny bit to moisturize after the shower and slather it on problem areas at night. It does not make you break out like other intense moisturizers- it is so soothing. They carry it a Walgreens so it is easy to find. Try it!

Pros:
Reduces redness, Helps scars, Helps dry skin, makes face glow :D
Cons:
Bit Oily
It's great :D i use it everynight after i wash my face(the oil). Yeah its oily but it will soon absorb into your face. Alot of people say if you have oily skin not to take it. Depends on the person really because it hasnt made my face worse just better

Pros:
It works, Use it for about 6 weeks and everything is gone plus clear skin and this kinda helped my acne too, no more breakouts.
Cons:
Hard to get a big bottle, Greasy, Skin feels all wierd when I go to sleep and dont wanna rest my head on the pillow, but other than that it works, Use it when your at home and sleepin cause I have it on right now.
MAKE SURE To get Vitamin E pure oil nothing else, and NO SCENT okay? Make sure its 100% pure and your good, nothing else. I got it from Meijers.

I went to a Dermatology and spent about $120 on useless products... I've been to Spa and got a special treatment for acne... still it didn't work. I've been using Vitamin E for the past few days and I can actually feel my skin recovering from all the damages it has taken. I take 1 gel capsule after dinner and I also apply it on areas with scars all over my face. I gently rub it with my index finger and tiny bits of dead skin and scars actually start to peel off (rubbing off too hard might irritate the skin, so it needs to be done gently). I do not apply to active acne spots since in (in my case) might make the acne worst. I'm almost 30 and the last thing I want to worry about is ACNE!

Pros:
Works immediately, even taking care of chicken pox marks I've had for twenty years, face feels soft and smooth, cheap and easy to use
Cons:
face feels slightly greasy after application -- big whoop!
I've been using it for two days now and I already see a marked improvement in my skin, from skin tone to complexion. I have always had problems with my skin and to know that all I had to do is buy a little bottle of oil and apply some every night...well, I'll be doing this from now on. I combo that with taking one caplet in the morning. Marks I've had for twenty-plus years are almost completely gone.

i have noticed when i was taking it it made my face crazy glow...it was like when u were a lil kid n your face is so clear n healthy looking( n my black friend nate was using some n it helps all his scars(so it dosnet discriminate lol)
Cons:
if you dont wash your face with a acne cleanser then u might be screwed...need 2 take care of the pimples first lol
the reason y its so good though is cuz its brings back all your cells that r good for you...n your face glows like danm...n people always say wow u got a nice complextion...its prolly the best thing for you skin wise (for better complextion n glowing)remember this is the same thing boxer use when they get scarring in fights...so all them punche dont really afect them scar wise lol

Taken in pill form, as a supplement, it helped clear up my brother's acne!
