Pros:

soft, soft skin. a little brighter.

Cons:

sticky. I put it on before bed, then took a shower in the morning. It didn't really help my existing acne.

soft skin: yes. current acne: no. I began trying Vitamin E because a friend of mine swears by it, and her skin is always so bright and clear. I didn't have the same results.

Pros:

Acne fades, spots shrink--> get smaller

Cons:

Oily
Greasy
Most of the time it comes in a pretty small bottle!

I love it, I love it I love it! Great as a moisturizer on ur hands or anywhere(especially the elbows!)! It will fade your acne marks! Not your acne zits! I would reccommend this just for marks coz its doin real wonders on my acne marks... Anyways i do not recommend you using this on ur acne zits, since oil can only make it worse or it''ll do nothing so just use it when ur left with those annoying red marks on ur face. But do remeber that vitaming E oil is a good oil, it will not break you out!

Pros:

Clears up skin pretty nice, moisturizes, and helps scars.

Cons:

Goes on gooey and has a brownish color to it.
Pill for might not be a great idea.
******Too much Vitamin E has lead to heart problems and death. You're only supposed to eat 30IU of Vitamin E per day. Instead apply it to your skin directly.*

If you buy it in pill form, prick the pill with a needle, then apply to you're face. Works pretty well!

Pros:

Taken in pill form, as a supplement, it helped clear up my brother's acne!

Try taking it orally (take the pills instead of using the oil on your skin). Vitamin E somehow helps with vitamin A and zinc, both of which help to treat, but mostly prevent, acne. Normally we don't get a lot of vitamin E in our diets and it isn't a crucial supplement anyway, but it really helps skin. It should also help if you have dry skin (which must be related to cell-turnover and helping to fade scars). I take it whenever my skin is dry, and usually it improves in a day. My brother takes it whenever he is starting to break out, and he says his skin is usually clear in a couple days. I'm posting this because he used to have pretty bad skin and I asked why it's been so clear.

Pros:

fades marks, soft skin, evens complexion.

Cons:

very greasy... use before bed or mix with a bit of moisterizer

Really great stuff. I just buy a bottle of vitamin E capsules at Wal-Mart and break one open every night. Much cheaper than buying a bottle of the liquid stuff at Shopper's.

Pros:

Great moisturizer, cheap

Cons:

Oily, didn't really do anything for my acne

I've been using a liquid form of Vitamin E for about 2 weeks now. It really hasn't done anything, good or bad, for my mild acne. However, it is a great moisturizer, so I will continue to use it at night.

Pros:

not that expensive, compared to other treatments and frustration, takes away redness on broken out and sensitive skin, leaves a glow(really), skin is hydrated, supple and soft!!!!!!

Cons:

I bit gooey, but if you can deal with burning and harsh peels, and scrubs this is cake!!!

Just got a new tattoo and was told i could put vit e on it to help heal it faster and then *DING* why not put it on my face too?? I have had really bad acne for my whole life, not just the ones here or there and they're really small, no the big fat deep ones(sorry they suck and thats what they are) I use Cosmedicine Speedy recovery for a facewash (has glycolic acid in it to help with the removal of dead skin and promotes new growth) but at night i put on the pure vit e oil 30,000 not a whole lot just in the dry areas and around the eyes. Best to put it on at night so it has a chance to soak in, and skin looks great in the morning. If you are a long time acne sufferer whats to lose to try this, what....have great skin that we've all been waiting for ....for oh....you know, FOREVER!!!! Just try it, it helps( i know i sound like an infomercial, just happy about the results and want to share!! ; )

Pros:

feels great, awesome moisturizer, haven't broke out yet and leaves skin smooth in the morning, but im still crossing my fingers

Cons:

very hard to apply everywhere, but it will eventually get on there, feels like skin is oily but goes away in a couple hours so put it on before bed

its worth a shot if nothing else has worked. just put it on at nightcause it will take a while to soak up in your skin, but in the morning you will be fine.
