Pros:

Like a magic cure-all for skin problems and a million other things, AND it is safe for pregnant ladies suffering from hormone-induced acne!

Cons:

No significant ones! Luckily, I enjoy the smell + taste of vinegar, but you might not. It stings a tiny bit on your skin, but unless you are a TOTAL wuss, this is much better than having acne. I think it feels kind of tingly and nice :)

Since getting pregnant I have been suffering from hormone-induced acne-- and I thought I would be all glowing and pretty!! I was afraid to use anything chemical to treat it so I figured "Hey, apple cider vinegar cures EVERYTHING, right? I'll try that!" I read the recommendations to dilute it, but ignored all that and just applied it directly all over my freshly washed face, and then swallowed a few swigs. It tingled and stung my skin a little bit, but my skin felt really smooth and healthy when it dried. The next day, all of my acne was GONE except for a few of the larger bumps (which had significantly dried and gotten smaller).... wow, talk about a miracle cure, eh? So yes, I HIGHLY recommend apple cider vinegar for treating acne, and it also works for eczema, allergies, stomach/bowel issues, and a million other things. I ONLY use Braggs brand raw organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar complete with "mother of vinegar" in it. Quality is very important for certa

Quite Good
Vinegar actually worked well on my skin. After using it for a week, my skin seemed to be visibly clearer. I only suffer from a little acne, so it might not be much, but I recommend it anyway. It didn't help with scarring or anything like that, but my pimples were a lot less red. I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out. Hope you try it too.

Pros:

Got rid of dead/excess skin
Seems to shrink current pimples
Shrunk pores/blackheads on nose and chin

Cons:

None so far!

I used undiluted 5% Acidity Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, applied with a cottonball all over face. I really liked the cooling feeling of the refrigerated vinegar. It dried quickly, too. I did not moisturize afterward. I had a big lump on my chin as well as several small bumps near my lips. The large bump's swelling went way down, and the gross uneven skin just fell off a few hours later! Now I can put makeup over it to cover the red mark. Very smooth! As for the smaller bumps, they have formed some skin on top, which is peeling off and revealing smoother skin there as well. Pretty awesome. I'll try only to use it for my monthly hormonal breakout so that it doesn't lose potency. I gave it 4 stars because it may be harder for others to use it without diluting. I have tough skin :)

Pros:

Affordable, cheap and easy to purchase.

Cons:

Smells really bad!

I've used ACV (actually mine is 'Honeygar' which is ACV infused with honey) I've used this product for a month and it hasn't cleared away my acne. I have quite severe acne on my forehead due to my fringe, and ACV has reduced the size of the pimples, but majority is still there. I use it every morning and night and apply it onto my forehead as a toner, hopefully it will clear my acne for good! I'd recommend it to anyone, however, just dont expect miracles to happen as I did. It takes alot of time and patience to see results too, but ofcourse it all depends on the severity of your acne as well.

Apple Cider for my Tags and warts?
Hey guys, some friend told me that an Apple Cider Vinegar will help remove my tags and warts. Is this true? They claim that if you apply even just once a day to the ares, it will slowly dry up and eventually comes off or be removed/healed. Please someone of enough knowledge on this, talk to me.

ACV saved my skin!
I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager I am 21 now. I have tried everything and all the products out there have been expensive and either damaged my skin or didn't improve it much. I recently bought my first bottle of organic ACV and was curious of what to use it for. I knew it was great for cleaning but I also saw a thing on its use a toner. I followed the instructions and started using the toner twice a day. Well after about two weeks my skin cleared completely up. I haven't had skin this clear since before puberty! Best thing is ACV is cheap and making toner is super easy. Just a 2:1 ratio with distillers water! I'm so happy I found something that works

My routine: Wash with African black soap. Apply ACV on face and chest Wait to dry then put a mix of powder and cornstarch on Use tooth paste as a spot treatment for large pimples Do this every night before bed I had bad acne it was depressing now I've been getting hit on a lot , and can see my real skin not all those bumps

Cystic Acne, OMG!!
After I read about how ACV can help cystic acne, I went and washed my face. I applied the ACV diluted with water last using a q-tip on 3 cystic pimples. A few minutes later they turned to heads and popped SO easily. No, they didn't pop..they exploded. Literally! It was so disgusting but I was really happy that they were finally gone in less than 5 minutes. I also had one of those under skin pimples for about 3 days. I put ACV on it the 3rd day and it when I woke up the next morning, it turned to a while head.

rickywood 1976 are you asking about will the acv help for acne? Yes, it should help those areas just like it does for face. Be sure to dilute it 2:1 and not wear it in the sun because the vit C in it will damage your skin.

Miracle Product
Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar cured my acne around a year ago. I used a 2:1 ratio of vinegar to water and worked up to undiluted. I also drank 2 tablespoons a day, diluted with lots of water. Over the next few months I got a bit cocky with my skincare and started playing around with my cleansers and moisturisers etc. Within 4 months my acne was returning in the form of little bumps under my skin. Thinking it was an allergic reaction I was prescribed a moisturising cream and told to wait it out, of course it got progressively worse, I couldn't tell you what possessed me not to just start using the ACV again but I didn't. I went back to the doctor and I was prescribed Differin 0.1% which proceeded to "purge" my skin to the point where my acne was the most severe it has ever been. My face was covered in closed comedones, blackheads and whiteheads. Eventually I quit using the Differin because my acne had become too painful. I went back to the doctor and picked up some Duac to try to calm this horrific breakout. I am now at a point where my skin is on the way to being better. Thanks in part to Duac and in part to Apple Cider Vinegar, which I have begun to use, diluted, in my skincare routine and began ingesting 2 table spoons a day. If it cured me before it can do it again! And my god, I will never stop using this stuff. Please, please be careful with your skincare routine, if it works? DON'T mess with it!

Apple Cider Vinegar
I've suffered from acne since I was 10, and I have tried almost anything from home remedies to over-the-counter and drugstore products to clear up my skin without great results. My skin has been a lot better through the past 12 years, probably due to hormone changes, but I still fight with a lot of blackheads and small to medium sized spots. So when I heard about using vinegar, apple cider in this case, i thought "what the heck, I have nothing to lose". And boy, was I surprised! I've been using it as a toner/treatment for about two weeks now, and I do not have a single spot. I still have some blackheads, but I think it takes a lot longer to clear my skin from those bastards. I've been diluting the vinegar with water because undiluted vinegar is still a bit too rough for my skin. The smell is not very pleasant, but it's worth it. It goes away after a few minutes. It makes my face super soft, and for some reason, moisturized. This stuff is liquid magic! I won't buy another toner as long as I've got vinegar as my life savior. It has even minimized my pores and I hope that it will do something about my scars as well. This is definitely the best thing I've tried yet!
