Pros:

Clears acne within days!, moisturizes, evens tone

Cons:

haha

im seriously considering that acne was brought upon by the devil. God fought back because it brought so much depression by giving the healing power out our own body. What else that u can take out of your body would u wanna rub on ur face?? Sh*t? Blood? Earwax? see pee is a good option I gaurentee EVERYONE is soooo skeptical about using this... i was too but i used it and i just laughed first at myself rubbing pee on my face...then i laughed of joy as much acne cleared up. THE MIRACLE CURE WAS INSIDE US THE WHOLE TIME

Acne will get worse before it gets better

Ive had acne since 13. It goes through spurts it will get somewhat clear once every 2 yrs lol then will get mod severe most of the time. I have little bumps that are unpoppable and cystic bumps as well as the normal size whiteheads. I break out around my chin/jawline and on my forehead. Occasionally I will get some small whiteheads on my nose and cheeks. So basically everywhere. I am now 25 and acne has gotten worse due to meds I currently take for depression/anxiety and also horomonal acne from my period. I have only used this method twice. I was so excited and intrigued finding out about it yesterday from youtube (same channel mentioned in earlier comments) that I used my night midstream urine and put it on last night. This morning BAM I had almost twice as many pimples. Small little whiteheads everywhere! Not to be discouraged, I washed my face with warm-hot water and I used my morning midstream urine on a cottonball and wiped my face. At first it burned a bit but now it feels tingly and tight now that it has dried on my face. Im going to massage into my skin tonight and wipe w cottonball and leave on overnight then do the same in the morning. This will be my routine. I have some betonite clay I may use that for the occassional mask/spot treatmt and also baking soda for the occassional exfoliation pending if needed. So far no miracle pores are near invisible, irritation has lessened. Also a little bit of the pain from the cystic pimples I have are almost gone. May try compression on them at some point. Face seems a bit dry too along with the new breakouts. I believe the new pimples are ones that were coming and the skin is cleansing itself, usually this happens for me when switching to something so its no big deal. Try it out! See what your results will be! Next step after I get used to this I may drink it once I can better my diet so it wont taste horrid, I dont do well with ingesting something that smells bad lol. Anyway I w

Pros:

-Free :)
-Reduces redness and inflammation
-Reduces healing time
-Helps reduce acne scarring
-Mix it as you would you would other skincare products (such as lemon juice or ACV) with other products to increase effectiveness.
-Leaves skin feeling baby soft and smooth
-Makes skin glow... really I promise!

Cons:

-Skincare secret you can't share with others
-Occasional odor, depending on diet

I have struggled on and off over the years. Then, when I hit my mid-twenties my face seemed to implode on itself much to my dismay and distress. To compound the problem I have extremely pale skin, therefore, once the pimple [finally] disappeared if left behind a nasty red footprint. I have tried many products, both OTC and and pharmaceutical (since I work in the pharmaceutical business and am all too familiar with drug side effects I attempt to stay away from these products as much as possible). I have found more success using manuka honey (umf 20+) as a cleanser and spot treatment, along with aloe and ACV while taking a sulfer supplement. All of these have helped my acne immensely and overall skin health. That being said nothing as worked as well as urine therapy. Similar to everyone on here I was extremely reluctant to begin, then I realized I had little to lose and many of the chemicals I have applied to my face or ingested in the past were far worse, though more socially acceptable. This bottom line here, you can't share this little skincare secret with your loved ones, let alone strangers, because it is a social taboo. However, it works, I promise! Use your first morning urine, collected midstream. It works even better if it has matured and is over 24 hours old, though fresh works nearly as well. Apply as toner, any odor will disappear after it has dried. I have found that applying it as a mask works even better! I mix equal parts urine in with green clay powder (I use an organic green clay seaweed mask powder from 100% Pure Skincare). Sometimes, for added benefits, I mix the urine with lemon juice, which also reduces inflammation and helps reduce acne scarring while increasing the toners antibacterial properties. I know this form of treatment sounds crazy, and it does seem a bit disgusting at first. However, keeping in mind that initial disgust is based more off of social stigma than fact helps. Try it, you wo

Pros:

Its free, feels good on the skin, no side effects

Cons:

The thought of pee on your face. (get over it)

I grew to hate antibiotics. They work and then they don't and then there are the side effects. So as soon as I researched UT I had no hesitation in trying it. IT WORKS!! After one week my skins no longer dry or oily and spots lighten and heal in half the time. UT also helps with many other things. (Please see link) [link removed]

Pros:

free

Cons:

its pee

TRY IT!! What have you got to lose? Get over the fact that it's urine. I see people saying they started crying before doing it.. give.me.a.break. I started doing it about a month ago and week after week my dark marks have faded and since I wasn't breaking out with new pimples, my skin is now the best it's ever been!! I do it now just at night. But I was so impressed with the results the first time I did it, I started doing it in the mornings and then at night. I did notice probably on the second day that some pimples would come to a head, but it's probably your skin getting rid of the junk below the surface. I like washing with sulfer soap and then getting a cotton round with pee and apply as toner. well wishes yall

Pros:

-Cleared up most of my inflamed acne and blackheads.
-My skin has been flaky and really dry from using BP 2.5% for the past two years. It's now completely FREE of dry skin.
-Free.
-Skin feels the same as when I was a baby :).

Cons:

-The tingling feeling is really funny. You get to used to it though.
-Strange odor, not bad, just strange.
-First time I drank it I had milk and the urine in separate plastic cups. Unfortunately I dumped the milk in first and quickly poured my urine down after. I threw up.

Try it, there's relatively no harm in doing this because your urine is 95% water, 2.5% urea, 2.5% enzymes, salt, etc.

Pros:

It gets rid of acne.
It brightens skin.
It's free.
No side effects.
Yes, it REALLY WORKS!

Cons:

Involves a bit of discretion.
There are some days I just don't feel like wiping piss on my face, but the results have been too positive to stop so far.

If you've had acne long enough and bad enough and you've spent enough money on prescription and over the counter medications... you're going to inevitably consider urine therapy like I did. Before this I'd tried BC pill, anti-biotics, pro-biotics, accutane, proactive system, essential oils (lavender, lemon, tea tree, geranium), jojoba oil, lemon juice, exfoliating, steaming, numerous products containing salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide, ACV, rosewater, aspirin/clay masks, toothpaste, cut dairy/meat/caffeine/sugar from my diet, more water, more sleep. EVERYTHING. I can't speak for everyone's urine, but mine doesn't have a scent and doesn't sting. It's just like applying water with a cotton swab. I'm vegan and also don't consume sugar or caffeine, so that might be why I have very clean urine. I have been applying urine to my face twice a day with a cotton swab. I pee on the swab and wipe it on my face. In the morning, I leave it on for about 20 minutes or so, or as long as I can. At night, I wash my face and then apply urine before bed. I sleep alone so I'm cool with it. After two days, my skin had flattened out and become much more smooth. After five days, my existing acne had turned to whiteheads. After a little over a week, I have NO ACNE on my face. A couple of blackheads and some red marks that are fading more every day. Before I started, every pore on my cheeks were swollen and plagued with every kind of acne and clogged pore, as well as scattered pimples on my forehead, chin and scalp. I literally don't remember the last time my skin was this clear. Nothing has ever worked like this before. All I have are a couple little bumps around my temples and cheekbones, but they're invisible. I still have some scarring and red marks, but I have noticed that some older marks have been fading a little. PLEASE try this before your skin suffers more than it has to. The only reason more people don't know about it

Pros:

works fast
it's free
gets rid of blemishes
evens out skin tone
leaves face smooth

Cons:

it's... pee

I have been struggling with bad cystic acne for almost two years now and nothing was working. I tried antibiotics, I tried Proactiv, I tried all sorts of creams and everything just made it worse. The one thing I refused to try, however, was Accutane because of the bad side effects that it has on your body. About a month ago, one of my mom's friends who is a naturopath suggested that I try urine therapy. When she first mentioned it, all I could think was 'is she serious right now?' but after doing further research and reading all the positive reviews, I decided it was worth a try. Needless to say, my acne COMPLETELY cleared up in less than a week. I applied it three times throughout the day for the first week and now, almost a month later, I still apply it once a day at night, before I go to sleep. I've only had four or five pimples since I started UT and they were around the time when I got my period, so mostly due to hormonal imbalances. Just a tip: make sure you drink lots and lots of water throughout the day if you start UT as the urine will smell very little this way! Seriously guys, try it! As gross as it sounds, once you get used to it, it just becomes part of your everyday routine and you don't even think about the fact that it's pee anymore. It's a healthy, natural, fast remedy to even the worst acne.

Pros:

-existing acne less angry looking and quicker to heal
-in time prevents new acne from forming
-breakouts much less severe (note not promising no more breakouts esp for us girls with hormonal acne, but MUCH less and far quicker to heal)
-good moisturiser
-healthier looker skin tone overall (I'd recommend it for that reason even to people without acne)

Cons:

-leave it 15 minutes or so to dry before you go out, so the odour is def gone
-doesn't get rid of blackheads or do much to help red marks/scars
-NOT AN OVERNIGHT CURE- as with most things give it 3 months as long as you don't have allergic reaction.

I really wish I'd tried this years earlier, then I might not have the scarring I do now. I've been topically applying morning midstream urine with cotton after washing face for 4 months now, face had cleared 50% by using BP but this has been the missing ingredient and now I'm 90% clear. Last month I still had a small hormonal breakout, but it was two small pimples around my mouth- nothing I can't deal with compared to the cysts I used to get!!). I'm still using BP 2.5 at night, but I've been using that for a year now, and so I'm 100% that it's the urine I've been using over the past 3 months that has given me this recent improvement. I'm very happy, I still use concealer and powder most times I go out (for red marks/ pitted scars), but I look okay now without makeup, and for a girl who once had bad acne that is a big thing. PLEASE EVERYONE - don't say "ew, I'll only try it if nothing else works"- START DOING IT TOMORROW MORNING. I can't explain how much I wish I started when I was younger. My regimen: morning: Clinique anti-blemish cleanser and toner, urine applied with cotton and left to dry, moisturiser if needed. evening: Simple gentle cleanser, Panoxyl 2.5
