Pros:

Cheap, does clear up the spots at first...

Cons:

It STINKS, is socially unacceptable, and after a while it stops.

I feel like crying.... one of the only people on this planet who is open minded enough to put their pee on their face and it doesn't work. Okay, I admit... the first 2 days were miraculous, and everything cleared up right away.... I was jumpiung for joy! I continued to use it however, and on the fourth day, on both of my cheeks errupted mild red spots, like a rash... I'd never really gotten many spots on my cheeks before. So I thought to myself... Okay, keep trying, it's probably just bringing them to the surface and it'll die down, but no, I now frequently have spots on my chin, my cheeks and my neck, and before this, I had mild to moderate acne mostly on my nose and forehead. I wanted this to work, I really did. This was just my unfortunate experience, but it might work for others. :(

Glow

Pros:

harmless
gives a glow
placebo effect

Cons:

placebo effect
doesn't help - alternate methods such as epsom salts work faster/better
long term blocks pores

I give it three because it is not harmful, but neither is it useful. If it has worked well for you, it's like an easy way out of exercising for skins' benefit. Sweating is a preferable method and the blood flow will heal your skin 4x faster (look up medical research). Prefer honey for getting rid of blackheads and it works better long term to take nettle leaf supplements or saw palmetto. If you like the glow, use some diluted lemon or lime juice or argan oil (don't be afraid, hugely beneficial for skin)

just tried today only putting 3 stars because it said i had to put a rating
Just started this today will report back with result. Hardly any stinging and it doesnt even smell that bad. I try to eat healthy most fo the time and i dont drink soda or alcohol only water. It's pretty bad when you get to the point of trying this out though. My acne is moderate with mostly scarring. Only 5 pimples at the moment but a lot of scarring on right side of forehead, right cheek, and chin area. Current regimen is birth control, clindamycin lotion, de la cruz sulfur ointment, and neutrogena face wash. Used to have severe acne but this regimen has helped a lot. Have tried so much: erythromycin, doxycycline, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, oatmeal, green tea, aspirin, salt, fruits, honey, jojoba oil, witch hazel, baking soda, egg white, gelatin mask, cucumber, ice, tretinoin, cinnamin, turmeric, alum, nutmeg, etc. nothing works except my current regimen. Please let this work, i am so tired of staying inside all day because of my skin.

Pros:

It's really working!

Cons:

Stinks, it's pee, can't tell no one, yada yada yada...

I had a really severe breakout on my cheeks about 5 months ago. It hasn't gone away, only gotten worse with every acne treatment I tried, including the 'miraculous' Pronexin, Proactive, and BP. I tried this about 3 days ago and it has really begun to clear up! It definitely isn't all gone yet, but the redness and irritation had really gone down, and all the acne scars that were there from my last breakout have all but disappeared. Gives a nice glow to your skin, doesn't irritate it, you just have to get over the fact that it's pee. I have really, really sensitive skin so this is just what the doctor ordered! No more going to the dermatologist for me!

Pros:

None

Cons:

It's urine.

I'm desperate so I tried this and it didn't work for me. It was worth a shot though, b/c it worked for so many people and it's free.

Pros:

Cheap, easy to apply.

Cons:

The smell, and it did not work, and....well, it's pee!

I was really desperate so I thought that I'd try urine therapy. I had really high hopes for it after reading these reviews and did everything correctly (applied twice a day generously with a cotton ball, let it sink in, midstream pee, etc etc) but after about a week it gave me smallish cysts covering my forehead and chin that really hurt, and it made everything worse in general and I didn't notice any improvement whatsoever. I'm glad that it's worked for so many others though and since it's free I would give it a chance if you haven't tried already...i seriously hope that you have more success than i did :( Good luck!!

Pros:

It really seems to work at first (1-2 weeks)

Cons:

Your skin eventually even worsens. Acne spread to other parts of my face and I got blisters in random areas, something I never had problems with.

Surprisingly, I didn ´t find the whole idea and application disgusting. You can give it a try, But I would really doubt the results. I guess there aren ´t no ´miracles ´ for me.

Pros:

None that I can think of.

Cons:

Breakouts along my chin and neck
Awful smell
Stings skin

After three days of using urine, my face broke out with terrible acne. I get moderate acne along my chin and neck, but the new acne was larger and harder to tame. I would serious doubt the "amazing results" of other reviews.

Pros:

makes skin feel smooth

Cons:

the smell
you can't tell anyone

To those who say that their pimples cleared up after 30 minutes, you guys are lying. It does make your skin smooth, but other than that, it's all it does FOR THE FIRST 30 MINUTES. I'll using this for the entire week, and I'll give a feedback then.
