Pros:

It really works.
Cleared my skin within 10 days (100%)
Makes the skin soft and offers it a healthy glow.
Smell disappears in 5 minutes ( and it's not smell fatigue, I've tried it on my arm )

Cons:

At first is very weird and you feel very conscious, after the 3rd time there it will seem something normal.
I can't share this masterpiece product with my friends, nor anyone, only you anonymous people on the net.

Bottom line is that, this really works, I don't know exactly how and why, I've read some articles on the internet about this but I still don't have a very clear reason, the only thing I know is that it gives results. You might be grossed out by this concept at first and that's ok, I was too, but I tried it and do not regret it, I still find it hard to believe that urine really cleared me and undoubtedly it id. I suffered from acne for 5 years now, I have severe polymorphic predominantly cystic acne, I've tried a lot of antibiotics, creams, etc, and I give urine + a lot of exercise + HEALTHY DIET a chance and it worked wonders. I'll go on accutane even though my skin got 100% cleared with this AMAZING product, because I still get acne from time to time and I want it all out. I only use morning urine, just dab it on my face with a cotton ball, I then let it sit for 1-2 hours depending on my schedule and then use a cleanser. If you suffer from acne listen to me, give it a try, for a week, there's a possibility it might not work, but it might be a miracle that will bring a huge smile on your face and you'll be simply mindf**ked by the fact that urine worked. I'm still confused, but very very happy.

Pros:

free
fast
easy
painless
natural

Cons:

slight odor
social stigma (which is silly!)

I'm 41 years old and have suffered from mild to severe acne off and on since I was about 14 years old. I'm truly a veteran - I completed THREE separate courses of Accutane and done EVERYTHING else in between. Nothing ever worked for more than a couple years. My last thing was the Regimine which worked brilliantly for about 1-1/2 years. Then suddenly, for no apparent reason, I developed an extreme sensitivity to the BP. I was devastated because I really thought this was the last treatment option available to me, and it had been working so well! (I did Spironolactone prior to that and same thing -- worked incredibly for about 2 years then just stopped.) So the other day I stumbled across urine therapy here. My husband begged me not to do it. I did it anyway but haven't told him I started and he has no idea. And guess what! It's working. I have always known that urine is anti-septic. I have never been one of these people who is grossed out by nature, including bodily fluids. But I have to admit I felt a little foolish the first night I started blotting my own urine all over my face. It has now been 5 days and have seen quite a bit of improvement. I only do it once a day. Right after dinner I apply the urine. Then right before bedtime I gently, gently rinse it off using a tiny amount of cleanser from the Regimine. I also use a tiny amount of the moisturizer from the Regime and apply that as gently as possible. Nothing else. I hope to continue to see improvement. It does feel surprisingly soothing! And it has reduced a lot of the redness/inflammation which had gotten so bad from the BP.

Pros:

It gets rid of acne.
It brightens skin.
It's free.
No side effects.
Yes, it REALLY WORKS!

Cons:

Involves a bit of discretion.
There are some days I just don't feel like wiping piss on my face, but the results have been too positive to stop so far.

If you've had acne long enough and bad enough and you've spent enough money on prescription and over the counter medications... you're going to inevitably consider urine therapy like I did. Before this I'd tried BC pill, anti-biotics, pro-biotics, accutane, proactive system, essential oils (lavender, lemon, tea tree, geranium), jojoba oil, lemon juice, exfoliating, steaming, numerous products containing salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide, ACV, rosewater, aspirin/clay masks, toothpaste, cut dairy/meat/caffeine/sugar from my diet, more water, more sleep. EVERYTHING. I can't speak for everyone's urine, but mine doesn't have a scent and doesn't sting. It's just like applying water with a cotton swab. I'm vegan and also don't consume sugar or caffeine, so that might be why I have very clean urine. I have been applying urine to my face twice a day with a cotton swab. I pee on the swab and wipe it on my face. In the morning, I leave it on for about 20 minutes or so, or as long as I can. At night, I wash my face and then apply urine before bed. I sleep alone so I'm cool with it. After two days, my skin had flattened out and become much more smooth. After five days, my existing acne had turned to whiteheads. After a little over a week, I have NO ACNE on my face. A couple of blackheads and some red marks that are fading more every day. Before I started, every pore on my cheeks were swollen and plagued with every kind of acne and clogged pore, as well as scattered pimples on my forehead, chin and scalp. I literally don't remember the last time my skin was this clear. Nothing has ever worked like this before. All I have are a couple little bumps around my temples and cheekbones, but they're invisible. I still have some scarring and red marks, but I have noticed that some older marks have been fading a little. PLEASE try this before your skin suffers more than it has to. The only reason more people don't know about it

Pros:

-It's free
-It's pretty much unlimited supply
-Lightens redness
-Shrinks bumps amazingly

Cons:

-You just can't let your bf/gf around your face for fear of them smelling it on your face lol

This sounds nasty, but it does work. I'm not sure why, but it does. I've been doing this for only three days now, and I can tell a big difference. Some people say it's best to let the urine sit for four to six days, but I haven't done that. I just catch it mid-stream onto a cotton-pad. Would I recommend this to another acne sufferer??? Absolutely.

Pros:

Free, smoothing, cleansing, refreshing, gets rid of redness and bumpiness and blackheads.

Cons:

None.

I don't really understand why people are so disgusted by urine therapy, because it comes from your own body..? My pee has a buttery aroma <3 HAHA anywayss. I recently went on a trip to Florida (which was super depressing cause I couldn't even go in water or my makeup would come up and my real skin at the time wouldve been revealed ugh) and the combination of the humidity, heat, cheap sunscreen and hotel soap made my skin the worst it's ever been in it's life. Along with that, I got so obsessed with my face that I was washing it 4-5 times a day. Nottttt gooood. When I got back home, I was on the boards, and literally just stumbled upon the Urine Therapy topic. I researched it alot, about how it wasn't a waste product but rather a sterile liquid full of just excess water and nutrients, and decided to try it without hesitation. The scent doesn't linger whatsoever, which is good. I have no idea how this works so well, maybe it's the pH acidity or something? I dunnnooo. But all I know is that I started with blackheads, clogged pores and whiteheads along my T-Zone that were spreading outwards of my lips, and now, 2 weeks later, my skin is smooothy smooth, with no new breakouts at all, and redness that is quickly reducing into brownness. Red marks are much more of my concern than acne itself, but I think I'm beyond what topical treatments can do- I'm looking into laser therapy. For now, it's nothing makeup can't hide :/ Urine therapy will work if you have any actual acne- from blackheads to actual zits. Along with doing that, NEVER skin-pick. With that advice, you'll be on your way to amaaazingly improved skin.

Pros:

Helped clear skin

Cons:

Sometimes smelly

I had a really bad time with my skin a few months ago - it was the worst it's ever been - and then I came across urine therapy. I thought to myself, I've tried everything else so what do I have to lose? I haven't had an outbreak since. Is it just coincidence? I don't know. But my skin has never looked this good... So do it, I really don't think you'll regret it.

Pros:

whiteheads cleared up for a while

Cons:

smells amazing! lol
small increase redness in skin
stings a bit

I suppose this therapy works for some, but not for all. If you actually have the courage to do this, I suggest that you try it on one area for about a week or so to see if it works for you. (btw piss on a cotton pad and lightly dab the effected area to reduce friction) This therapy worked for me for about two weeks and then my skin returned to its normal trainwreck. You've got nothing to lose by doing this. Nut up and piss on your face.

Pros:

free
does work after a while

Cons:

people woundnt agree with it. Just dont tell anyone, thats what i do.

When I first read about this urine therapy thing, I was like, is this for real? But I've encourage myself to give it a go, as its free and i could stop if i didnt like it. I want to say, i am so glad i found urine therapy. On my first week of using my pee on my face I was a little uncomfotable, but now it doesnt bother me at all. At first my skin started breaking out, and after the breaking out phase i was left with clear skin. I have started using this a month now and I have seen a huge improvement in my skin. After 7 years of suffering form acne, i think i have found the miracle cure. I will continue using urine therapy, and keep posting updates on my acne.

Pros:

*Well, it does reduce the redness from the first application..:D

Cons:

*Havent really found any yet, what have any of us desperate-get-rid-of-my-pimples-girls-and-guys got to lose?

When I first read about this, like any other person i was disgusted. But I am DESPERATE to get rid of my acne... I mean DESPERATE. I think all of us have that one reason to get rid of acne, for ourselves, for others...I feel bad about myself, when people talk about my acne openly, I guess everyone does...This has just been my first day of UT, and I am going to be frank, my acne is not like vanished, but the redness is going yes...I will be writing another review in a week...until then- fingers crossed!

Pros:

Reduces redness
Brings pimples to a head
Does help with clearing pimples

Cons:

Sticky after application
The smell
Not socially acceptable

I've had acne for about four years, and I've tried just about everything. I came across Urine Therapy while surfing the net about a week ago, and I started the next day with it. Do not expect a miracle cure for your acne. It did not clear up my acne in half an hour or an hour like some people have previously mentioned, but yes, after a few days of using Urine Therapy morning and night, my acne did start to clear up a bit, as well as a reduction of redness. I am giving it another week before I write another review, but until then, I am staying positive and giving Urine Therapy a chance to work. Good luck!
