Urine Therapy

I had to get courage enough to try this....I have adult acne. I've tried everything. I wish I had heard of this a year ago because its been 3 days and I can actually go out in public and not have to wear makeup....for the first time in I don't even know how long. I'm so happy I did this!! I love pee lol!

When I first read about this, like any other person i was disgusted. But I am DESPERATE to get rid of my acne... I mean DESPERATE. I think all of us have that one reason to get rid of acne, for ourselves, for others...I feel bad about myself, when people talk about my acne openly, I guess everyone does...This has just been my first day of UT, and I am going to be frank, my acne is not like vanished, but the redness is going yes...I will be writing another review in a week...until then- fingers crossed!

i first heard of urine therapy when i watched tarynbeths videos on youtube. ( check her out, she is amazing! lots of skin tips!! ) i was really intrigued so i researched this to no end and was SO surprised! i was going to try it but wanted to have a healthy diet so i just never got around to it until about a month later. i found out i was going to visit some friends i havent seen in over a year and my face looked pretty bad, so i decided right then and there to just jump into it and HOLY MOLEY! my face has never been better! i just pee on a cotton pad and wipe it all over my face about 3 times a day! i even went as far as to cut eye, nose, and mouth holes in a paper towel and pee on it and leave it on my face for 30 minutes. my skin looks absolutely beautiful, i am completely comfident with no makeup!! try it, you wont be sorry!

no lie i just tried it about a hour ago, after being fed up wit da big pimples i get that wont come to a head, cuz they stay for weeks sometimes , and leave giant black marks one my carmel skin, i get these bumps mostly on my cheaks or nose which is extra worst cuz u no ya nose is already sticking out of ur face and one of these bumps makes it look extra big,,, well n e way its been and hour and da BUMPZILLA just to da left of my nose has been terminated, i really didnt wanna put my pee on my face thought it was disgusting but hey what do i have to loose, but acne, besides im tired of seeing a beautiful lady walk pass me and cannot say nothing because of a BUMPZILLA, or having to call off dates because of one,,, 1 hour and it was gone ,,, AMAZING, but i wil post again to really say how it works in a few days or weeks

I can't believe I put urine on my face last night. The thought of it was worse than actually doing it. It didn't smell but this is because I drink a lot of water - 2.5 L a day. I can't tell my husband - he thinks I'm weird enough for putting Apple Cider Vinegar on my face. I have had a bad breakout of cystic acne on my chin for the past two weeks. It's been a long time since this happened and it looks awful! I am hoping that this works. So far it's brought the two big ones I have on the left and right side of my chin to a head. I'm afraid to squeeze so I think I'll just keep applying urine two times a day and see what happens. I was using Proactiv but switched the OCM and although I love OCM, it seems to have made my chin break out. It also happened about a week before my period so this could also have a lot to do with it. I always break out on my chin before my period but it's been a while since it's been these huge cystic pimples.

So here's my story: I've had acne since 13 years old and now im 17. Every year it gradually becomes more severe, i got bored from using topicals. I've used all of them, u name it! i got fed up of acne so my last resort was Accutane. I was on it for 6 months and i was happy to say my skin had cleared up so much that i did not have a single zit. weeks and months passed by and i stated getting oil and acne again. It was so frustrating! I used Differin and Zineryt but it wasn't helping a lot. so i was once searching the forums when i found out about Urine Therapy. i did my research and i am happy to say that Urine therapy was the best decision I've ever made!. I apply 3 times a day; At the morning when going to school After coming home, i apply it in the shower At night before going to sleep I just piss on a cotton ball and apply it to my skin and it does its wonders! :D

I thew out my Face wash and moisturizer (Dans cleanser, moisturizer) and decided to give this a try. My skin has never been so smooth and soft and CLEAR! I've been doing it a week. Once in the morning once at night. After using it on my face I let it dry for 5 minutes then I wash it off with cold water and put on Neutragenas Oil free moisturizer. This has been my routine for the past week and my skin has never looked so nice. It even cleared out my terrible breakout last week!

ok Im always on the look for fountain of youth. there are other good natural remedies taht make you look awesome.IN my top list were apple cider vinegar with olive oil 50/50 and of course manuka honey at +15. Also aloe. But after only 2 days I start to think there sno competition for Urine.My skin looks like when I was a teenager,elastic hydrated soft.Ironically 29 now and my skin has gone back to be mixed with oily nose and forehead.Some would complain but to me its a clear sign of rejuvinating causemy skin was dry with dead cells all the time. I had to exfoliate daily and no matter what mousturizer I applied it always got dry and dead cells.So Im more than happy with my shiny wrinkle free adolescent skin these days.I believe it regulates sebum hair folicles and everything.I've never had acne so I cant tell u about that. But ahve very light skin and some rosacea when I take hot showers or its hot eat spicy foods..you know what I mean? Well it hels redness definately. But tehre ar emany reviews saying redness and acne or complexion. The reason why Im writing this is because Ive suffered for13 years now razor bumps and ingrown hairs.I ahve very curled afro hair and very light skin.NO matter what I used trust me tried every famous and infamous foam after shave or razor.Im simply amazed.Like some say it works stupidly fast,bumps go smaller,redness dissapear,even my discoloration scar in my neck adn jaw area is getting ligher in 1 day.So I tell u I've suffered form that for many years.Some people think its a bad higiene condition and I hate that dirty look unhealthy the red bumps give me.I dont care about odor i rpefer smell like irune than having disgusting desfiguring red and yellow bums all over.If youa re afroamerican or afro or know anybody please tell em.Brush the beard witha nail brush and hot water to release ingrown airs.Pad dry.Apply urine leave it all night.Then apply it after sahve from then on.Thank God.Ive spent around 400$ thru the years in pro

i dont think i tried it long enough to see if it would clear up my face but it gave my skin a healthy glow like everyone says it does. it didnt seem to make my acne worse at all either. i dont think i drink enough water for it to work though. i hate water. oh and its the best moisturizer ive ever used in my whole life but it also stops oil production at the same time! its so like wow! haha. maybe ill try it for a week again and see if it clears up my face. i dont think it will thought cause i have like the most stubborn acne ever :(

I read all the reviews on this site and thought to give it a try myself. I have used expensive medications in the past that used Urea. It had to be refigerated and had short shelf life. So though why not try what my body has to offer. My problem is adult acne and deep cysts. After two days of use my cyst was pratically gone, and the pain/discomfort after one day. I am so pleased.
