Pros:

None, given the cons.

Cons:

Developed a rash & symptoms similar to those mentioned each time I used this product. The initial rash prompted a call to a doctor, thinking it was a reaction to a medication. This is the first such reaction EVER to a sunscreen.

Something's going on here folks - save your $.

Pros:

The scent smells nice, and the sunblock doesn't feel oily.

Cons:

I applied the sunblock on my arms (SPF 30), and a rash broke out the next day.

I am really surprised that I developed a rash, and it's still irritating me. I have normal/combination skin, and I have never developed an allergic reaction to any skin products that I have used, until I used this sunblock. I currently use another Neutrogena product for acne wash, and that works fine for me. I see that other users have developed similar reactions to the product, so I wonder if there is something peculiar about the sunblock.

Pros:

didn't burn!! :)

Cons:

Broke out after two days of use on vacation...now sitting in condo taking benadryl orally and applying it topically.

DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF!!!! I am broken out worse than I ever did in high school...ONLY on the areas I put the neutrogena 45(face and neck). Used a different sunscreen on the rest of my body. I am NOT one to have allergic reactions of any kind.

Pros:

It sprays on easily and feels cool. Inexpensive at Costco.

Cons:

In Arizona in March I broke out into a major rash on arms and legs; dried skin, patchy bumps, itchy, flaking skin for almost two weeks. Used it again in Seattle a few days ago and same thing happened. Dentist asked me if I was allergic?

I just came back from my dentist. I have tooth pain, severe over the weekend, and X-rays showed teeth in perfect condition. Dentist asked: "Have you used any new products that could be causing an allergic reaction? Why, yes, Neutrogena SPF 45!! Not certain that is the cause but my arms are now flaking like in Arizona. I have no allergies, period. It certainly could be Neutorgena. Will never use again.

Pros:

Feels really light.

Cons:

After first day of use I broke out with 2 pimple. After 2 days, my face started to feel really itches. I developed a nasty rash to places I apply it.

Luckily I try this almost 2 week before my vacation until i have to use it there and ruin everything. I have got bad rashes and it itches like crazy on my face, arms, and leg. I am not happy with this product at all. Other products that I used have never done this before. Rash took a while to go away and I hardly go out because of the rash and the sunny weather out! Overall not worth it.

Cons:

Made me break out into an awful rash all over my face and neck, still waiting for the marks to disappear. This product has ruined my holiday!! I do not recommend to anyone, don't bother, waste of money.

I don't see this as being affordable as I have just wasted my money on this product, has only been used a few times and I have nothing else to do but throw it out. I'm really not impressed at all. Rash still hasn't disappeared and it's made me not want to go out in public. They should seriously take this off the shelf.

Cons:

I used this product on my face, hands and forearms. After about 4 days, I developed a serious reaction on my arms in the form of a rash of red raised bumps like small pimples. They've started drying, with tiny scabs. Hoping for no scarring.

not recommeded for sensitive skin or persons generally given to allergic reactions.
