OMG NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok so I used this during the last few months that I did the regimen (didn't work for me btw!) and it made my acne even worse. Around my mouth I got little red bumps that left so many damn marks that probably won't fade for forever. Terrible, terrible product same goes for acne.org AHA. I seriously believe that all of these "5 star" reviews are fake. No way so many people think this product is a miracle cause it just made my acne worse. If you are going to try the regimen, do it with drugstore products! The first 5 months I was on the regimen that's what helped my skin and as soon as I tried this all hell broke loose. But regardless the regimen didn't work as I'm back in square one but everyone is different so maybe the regimen will work for you. (using drugstore prouducts!)

Pros:

Worked for a short amount of time.

Cons:

Started breaking out more.
Increased redness.
Swollen face.
Burning/itchy sensation.

I used this product for a good 3 months , first few weeks of using this product my face was red and swollen.I did not stop knowing that BP usually causes those side effects in the beginning of using it.In about a month my face slightly cleared up,and so continued on using this product hoping to get a fully cleared up skin but...it got worst. My face would turn red again but even more than the previous times and I looked like a freaking tomato it was really embarrassing.I never really saw major improvements in fact I noticed more breakouts.Horrible expirience with this product

Pros:

It works great! I love it! WHEN I can get it from the website without being overcharged by a technical glitch.

Cons:

The website didn't work properly and I got charged twice for the product while being notified that the payment did not go through. Thank goodness I check with my credit card company and discovered this. Otherwise I would have been charged double the cost of the product without receiving it!

Fix your website and don't charge people while telling them the charge did not go through! I love the product but am afraid to order from this website! It obviously does not have a secure payment process.

Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

Dried my skin
Free radical
Doesn't cure the problem just masks it

I had a a bad breakout and resorted to benzoyl peroxide as a quick fix. It only exacerbated the problem making my skin so dry I couldn't even move my face, the skin started uncontrolabley peeling and became red. NO moisturizer helped I couldn't wear make up because my skin would flake off... I deeply regret this and now use tea tree oil on spots and it dries them up fast without overdrying the surrounding skin..,manuka honey and a sea salt scrub is an awesome exfoliator and moisturizer. benzoyl peroxide is a harsh chemical and although I will not deny that it works, the side effects are way too extreme. They are more holistic ways such as tea tree, mauka honey, vitamin supplements, diet change, and saw palmetto for hormonal acne. Give a more natural attempt a chance it's better for your overall health!

Pros:

- Over the counter treatment
- Made me realise that I have sensitive skin which completely changed how I treat my acne

Cons:

- Severe redness, inflammation, itching
- Spots still bad

I would advise people not to use this if they have sensitive skin like me. I used two different brands for months upon months at a time during my teens. I literally went through tubes and tubes of the stuff. The inflammation/redness DOES disappear eventually, but quite frankly isn't worth it. I had to walk around with a beetroot face for about a month with barely any results on top of it. I stopped using it on my face and used it on my back only but the itching became too much. Inflammation can make some people's acne worse, so you need to know your skin and whether benzoyl peroxide is going to be worth it.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Dries skin a bit(mine). Does not prevent future breakouts, does little on current pimples.

I am a 27 yo male. I recently got acne back. I have whiteheads and blackheads. This dried my skin a bit, and did nothing to stop new acne from forming, and did very little to current acne.

Be Patient for mild acne .. dont kill ur self !

Pros:

Short term cure

If your acne is mild pustules, Please please dont use this or any of those antibiotic medicines ... Please give it time ..atleast 6 months to 1 yr before you decide to kil your self with all these products . Eat and also apply Yogurt , lime ... be patient .. your body will understand and stop pushing up those new bumps ! I suffered for 6 months ...promised myself that I would share my views with all ! Hope this helps . All the best !

This line of product blows

Pros:

can be used as a spot treatment I guess
May work for some

Cons:

Nonstop flaking and drying
Hard to put a moisturizer over such a thick product
Made me breakout worse than I have ever broken out before (Cystic)

Last summer I had regular teenager acne so I thought I would give this product a try right before school starts and finally become clear. I was dead wrong. The first couple of weeks using the product, I saw decent improvement which of course had me excited, and then things turned for the worse. My skin was not only drying terribly from this line of products, but I was breaking out in cystic acne everywhere. I thought I had acne before, but I wouldn't wish the kind of acne I got from this product on my worst enemy. I was not only in psychological pain from being a dumbass trying to continue this product and going to school with a flaky acne riddled face, but I was in physical pain from the cysts and it would hurt if I smiled or tried going to sleep. It took me over 6 months to recover from that kind of acne I received and I have awful red marks and probably permanent acne scars because of it. I wish I took them up on their offer and asked for a refund. I was so upset with this I just threw it all out without thinking of getting my money back. Honestly, I don't even care about the money...I just wish I never tried this product in the first place.

Pros:

Cheap for the quantity you get

Cons:

made my skin ultra oily
did not absorb..... ever

I really wanted to be able to use this product but it never absorbed into by skin and made me look like I had a super shiny face. Even after hours it just seemed to sit on top of my skin like a lovely coat of wax all dry and shiny. I am returning, and continuing to use Neutrogena's on the spot treatment that seems to do a much nicer job.
