Pros:

Not too expensive, helps pimples clear up a lot faster, one tube lasts a while.

Cons:

I haven't been able to get my face totally clear. Also, careful because it will bleach out your clothes if you get it on them.

I don't know what to say--apparently the regimen has totally cleared up most people's skin, but not mine. I've been careful to follow all of the rules as far as washing my face carefully, using a lot of bp, and not touching my face during the day. No luck. I still get frequent breakouts on my chin and forehead. The bp does help them clear up pretty quickly, though. 3 or 4 days whereas it used to be a week. I don't know, I have moderate acne so maybe I just need something stronger.

Pros:

Absorbs much better and is not as drying as the only other 2.5% BP product out there, plus is much cheaper.

The only thing that's worked to clear up extensive acne.

Pros:

works very well; goes on easy with no white film; smells fine; lasts for almost 2 months and nice bottle design haha

Cons:

a little too shiny if putting it on my forehead and nose area but thats usually only at night; can be a bit too drying but still looking to find a really good moisturizer as well; wish they sold it in stores so we wouldn't have to pay for shipping.

Overall a really good medication to fight light to moderate acne. Don't think its really for more severe acne but give it a shot anyway. This really helped my skin out a lot but still need to find a good way to moisturize and also get this layer of dead skin off my face which this stuff contributes to but overall it still works very well and much more affordable then other products.

Pros:

gentle, and feels fresh when applied. you dont experience the severe breakouts, dryness, and redness that you may experience when begining other acne medications

Cons:

VERY mild dryness and peeling for about 1-2 weeks

just like many of you, i've tried EVERYTHING for my acne. i was compelled to try this particular product (the clear skin regimen) after reading Dan Kern's testimony. it was clear that his goal was not to make money, but to share his success with acne with others like him. so i ordered the topical gel, and went to the drugstore and bought Cetephil (face wash) and a moisturizer with SPF 30 by Eucerin. Ive been on my regimen for about 10 months now, and only had a total of 2 pimples since. my skin started to clear up after only 2-3 weeks of use, and i didnt experience ugly breakouts or severe dryness like some medications. save a trip to the dermotologist, and try Dan's regimen first. you have nothing to loose. i got my best friend, and my brother hooked, and they love it.

Pros:

I like that it comes in 4 oz. (more than any other products I've used before) but it's surprising how fast you go through it. I also like the no nonsense packaging. It's all about the products!

Cons:

Takes time and patience to allow products to be absorbed, rewashing of hands and applying moisturizer. That was my biggest problem before; committing to a regimen (laziness) But like they say, if you want something, you gotta work for it ;)

This regimen works because it makes sense. It's a life long commitment to maintain great skin so... HERE'S TO GREAT SKIN EVERYONE!

Pros:

Amazing!!! My face has cleared up. I am so thankful. I don't have to hide out anymore. I used ProActiv for 2 years when it *stopped* working. Then for several years I struggled with my complexion UNTIL I discovered this regimen. Now my face is clear!

Cons:

This regimen takes alot of time. But of course, it's worth it.

If you are trying to decide whether or not to try this regimen - do it!!! I want to tell everyone I meet that has acne to try this regimen. Acne is such a horrible thing to live with. And you don't have to. :-)

I have had acne for over 10 years--nothing serious enough for Accutane, but enough that it caused daily frustration. I also have sensitive skin. This is the only product that has actually worked for me. Retin-A irritated my skin; ProActiv never worked; Murad worked ok but it cost about $40 a month. This even helps against hormonal acne (chin acne) which I used to get a lot, and nothing seemed to fix. Where I used to get large, painful breakouts on my chin, now if I get any, they are small and easy to hide with light makeup. I still occassionally get a couple breakouts here and there when I am stressed, but overall, I can go out of the house without concealer on almost every day. This took awhile to kick in for good--at least a month, so stick with it. I use it with the Purpose bar and Eucerin lotion. I haven't had to replace the cleanser or lotion yet. Best value of any product I have ever used. Highly recommended.

The best acne treatment out there

This is truly the best acne treatment on the market. I have tried differin for 3 months, tretinoin for 2 months and salicylic acid and niacinamide for 6 months, none of these cleared or even reduced my acne, often they made it worse. I have also tried other benzoyl peroxide products that reduced my acne, but caused so much irritation and redness that I had to stop using them. This wonderful product has completely cleared my acne in only 2 weeks. There is some very slight stinging when it is first applied, but that fades quickly and I'm left with no irritation. One caveat is that because it's drying, it needs to be used with a good moisturiser. Using the acne.org moisturiser left my skin dry, flaky and irritated. Since I switched back to bioderma atoderm balm, my skin has been moisturised and healthier than ever. Also, I only use this treatment on the areas I get acne- around my mouth, nose, chin and jaw line. I use it twice a day and I think this is key to my success. I will continue to buy this product forever!

The only thing that has consistently worked for me

I found acne.org from a YouTube video. A girl said it was the only thing that worked for her. I had moderate acne, the red angry kind around my mouth cheeks and jaw that leaves dark scars. I had tried about everything except for Accutane. I?ve tried every treatment, birth control, every home remedy, every diet change, and the acne.org regimen worked after about two weeks. All of my acne was gone in about three months and it has been that way for a few years now. The only time I get acne flare ups is when I go on a trip and forget my acne.org products. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to let the product dry on your face before you let fabric touch it because it will stain whatever it touches while it?s wet.
