Pros:

No pain

Holy macaroni - Neutrogena's on the spot was burning the HECK outta my skin every night, then the moisturizing just made me want to DIE... So for some reason, this finally comes in the mail, and when I go to put it on last night (wincing) there was no stinging! I was shocked. There must be some ingredient in Neutrogena's bp that was burning my already inflamed skin. Looking forward to sticking to the regimen!

Pros:

Worked well for the first several weeks in low dose, great money saver comparing to Neutrogena's BP tube.

Cons:

Developed a huge allergic reaction, after I started to apply 2/3 finger length of the ointment to all the face area. I wasn't have allergy for BP by applying almost same amount of Neutrogena's BP for several months, but now I have it.....I am even allergic to Neutrogena's BP now.......

Watch out the amount of BP you tried to use, maybe just try to apply the medicine on the spot rather than whole face.

Pros:

Can help clear skin for some, but not for me.

Cons:

-I didn't see much improvement in my acne
-Burned my skin when I applied 2/3 of my finger

I have more sensitive skin but I thought it would still be okay since some people with sensitive skin were able to use 10% b.p. with some success. I wanted to be on the safe side and only bought the 2 oz just to try it out. The first few days were fine, no burning as I gradually increased the dosage of the b.p. for my face. However when I got up to 2/3 of my finger, my face started to burn so bad. I washed it off immediately, but it still didn't feel much better. It was only after I rubbed some aloe on that I felt better. This product wasn't for me. I would recommend for someone who isn't sensitive to benzoyl peroxide

Pros:

Works, Best saving BP out in the market

Cons:

Dries skin at beginning

It's a big bottom for a great price. I recently started using the full two pumps of BP and started clearing up fast.

Pros:

Works, great price

Cons:

None

I use the Acne.org benzoyl peroxide treatment, moisturizer and cleanser with great results. I'm a 26 year old woman and still have not outgrown acne so I'm thrilled to find something that keeps my skin about 90% clear. I could probably get to about 99% if I were diligent about using all three products every day.

Pros:

BP in large doses is good for preventing acne, along with no milk or soya (for me at least).

Cons:

This is my first big order of the Treatment, and having applied it tonight, it REALLY makes my eyes sting and water badly. I am just applying it to my face, but the vapors and fumes from it cause my eyes to tear up so badly that they drip down onto the treatment itself, thus diluting it on my cheeks.

I also find the dispensers disappointing...

I also find the dispensers to be disappointing. The large dispenser pump was stuck so I had to remove it from the bottle, wash the treatment lotion off it (thus losing a fair amount), and dry it then prize it to open by twisting the inside of the tube and the outside. Then with the small travel size dispenser, the foil seal over the top was stuck inside the lid, and I couldn't get it out without resorting to finding some tweezers, it was so far inside. And then the pumps on the 3 large dispensers I got are different, so they don't match.

Pros:

- Get rid of acne
- Does not bleach your skin
- Can absorb quickly depending on the amount

Cons:

- Takes discipline to follow the regimen
- Itch my eyes
- Flaky skin at the beginning and dryness.
- Not a total clear skin, still get a pimple once a week here and there.

This is what I tried over the course of my acne past. I had acne for 13 years, and this is the first topical treatment that works for me. - Accutane for one year - Birth control pill which gave me perfect skin - Chinese tea - Pro active - Murad - Epiduo - Being a vegetarian for a month - Some antibiotics given by dermatologists - I tried 5 different dermatologists - Dermalogica - Zenmed - Dr. Hauschka products, organic line - Doing nothing about it The bottom line, is that I have been searching all over for the perfect product to get rid of acne and I still think that Acne.org, really changed my life because I am able to feel good about my skin now. I owe so much to Daniel, and feel so grateful and appreciative that he is able to impact the lives of so many other peeps with acne issues. Strongly recommended to give it a try.

Pros:

High quality product
No white residue
Large volume for a small price

Cons:

The orange square on the bottle is the same color as the AHA. Its easy to grab the wrong bottle when you don't have your glasses on.

I love this stuff. I have used many different products through the years and Dan's benzoyl peroxide is one of the highest quality products I have encountered. It is as good if not better than many prescription products (like benzaclyn or benzylmycin). It absorbs well and doesn't leave a nasty white residue like may over-the-counter products. I've had to modify my morning routine a little to allow drying time between each step in the regimen, but its a small price to pay for something that works so well.

Pros:

Does get rid of acne.

Cons:

Used as directed, dries skin out to a frightening degree and caused scarring on both my cheeks.

This product will get rid of acne, but be warned, I've had acne for years and never has such a problem with hyperpigmentation and I've never had pitted scars. After a month of using the regimen religiously, I saw what was happening to my skin and had to quit. I didn't even think I was prone to pitted scars, but this product dried and thinned out my skin and caused them.

Pros:

seems to help a lot of people
huge tube for the money

Cons:

SEVERE allergic reaction to BP including dizzy spells, headaches and itchiness all over the body.

BP at first was making my face red, itchy and it stung. Then I started getting dizzy spells and lightheadedness (although at the time I didn't think it could possibly be the BP). Then I got a MAJOR pounding headache around my eyes. I couldn't get up to get some water without feeling like I was going to throw up. Then I got itchy ALL over my body! I thought I had bed bugs or body lice or I was going crazy. I thought maybe I had iron deficiency. It turns out all of this was because I'm so sensitive to BP! I can't use it! So dissapointing! I was never allergic to it before! I wish Dan would make a huge tube of something for people who are allergic to BP. *hint* Dan!
