Pros:

Does reduce amount of acne, dries quickly

Cons:

terrible rednedd and dryness, even with a lot of moisturizer. Very inconsistent results

If your gona use bp, this is the best and cheapest way to go. In my opinion BP is not the way to go for treating acne. It has been around since 1920, really old method. I feel the its cons outweighs the pros.

Pros:

Inexpensive
Non-drying
Lasts a long time

Cons:

Doesn't look good under makeup
Bleached my pillowcases

Actually I combine this product with the Proactiv system. Since the small bottle of repairing lotion in the Proactiv system doesn't last as long as the wash and toner, I started using this product in replacement of the repairing lotion at night only. I didn't like using this product during the day, because it takes a long time to dry and looks terrible under makeup. This product is effective, and is a lot cheaper than buying extra proactive. I used to break out with 1-3 new pimples every day, and now I get about one per week. My pimples also seem to be generally smaller, and have less inflamation and pain.

Pros:

I have slightly less zits. My zits heal faster after erupting. The severity and size of the pimples have improved.

Cons:

The regimne worked very well the first 3 weeks of so, then I had a MAJOR problem for about a month. It seems to be calming down again. I will continue to use it b/c its working better then other things I've tried.

There are more pros than cons. It wont work miracles but it does help.

Pros:

Works great. Easy to use. Clears up problem skin in just a few weeks. Cheap.

Cons:

Takes the color out of clothes etc.

Loved the product and the results however it was taking the color out of my clothes/towels/pillow cases. So, in the end, it wasn't that cheap. Going to try something new.

Pros:

Quickly dries up acne covered area of the face; however the moisturizer does help.

Cons:

it takes too long to take effect!

i just had this trouble with acne erupting on my fave when i started working, and im doing graveyard shifts. maybe this is all due to stress. whi;e surfing the net, i came up to this website so i tried the regimen. i had a facial first before trying this regimen. i noticed a difference on my right cheek, but on the left part, it still hasn't changed! but, i just used it for a couple of days so i know i should be patient. well, it's worth a try anyways!

Great product...
I would give this product 5 stars but it seems to have increased my likelihood of premature wrinkles...and it's not a very great product when you live in a place as sunny as central Texas. My skin is still extremely sensitive, almost 3 years after starting to use BP. The effectiveness is bar none though.

Pros:

-Works pretty well for moderately severe acne.
-Great cost for amount given (hard to find a better deal).

Cons:

-Drying
-Stains cloths
-I find it hard to do more than 1x/day do to extreme dryness. My body never did get use to it.

This is the best product I have come across so far and I have been using it for years. It helps with about 80% of my acne. I am sure it would be more if I could do it 2x/day, but it dries my skin out way too much. I tried it for months thinking my skin would get use to it, but it never did. But with 1x/day I am happy with the results - Not perfect, but much better than if I went without. I have noticed that some batches I order are better than others, but for the amount of product I received for the price, I can't complain. I use this in combination with Dan's moisturizer too. I wish there was a product that worked equally as well and didn't stain my cloths though :-( I use it on my chest and back as well and any time you sweat, you can kiss your cloths goodbye.

Pros:

-it actually is clearing up my skin
-dries clear
-huge tube when bought from the website

Cons:

-very dry skin after a week of usage
-slightly flaky skin
-makes my skin look weird, like wrinkly or leathery

I had the WORST acne of my life after using tretinoin for about a month. I couldn't take it anymore, so I decided to try out Dan's Regimen again. I had tried the Regimen before, but I didn't adhere to it... I also never bought any of the products from the website. So I figured I'd give the Regimen a shot again after my horrible experience with Tretinoin ( I bought the 3 things from the website). Well, it's been about 1.5 weeks, and I am so happy! Although my skin is dry and flaky, it's SO MUCH BETTER than having a million pimples all over my face. Seriously, I'll go for dry skin over acne any day. I 100% recommend you to try the regimen with 2.5% BP. Don't be like me when I first tried it out - didn't stick to the rules like Dan says. FOLLOW THE RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could see a difference after only a couple days. My pimples were getting smaller. I still did have new pimples come out, but they weren't that bad. My skin seems to be wrinkly around my mouth. It was never like that before. I assume it's because of the BP. I'm going to see what I can do about that without irritating my skin.

Pros:

Great price when compared to stuff like ProActiv. No bad smells. Worked great for the first month!

Cons:

After the first month it went down hill. It just doesn't seem to do anything now. My skin will not respond to it.

Maybe if you only had very light acne it would work - and continue to work.
