I love acne regimen. The products work! they have increased my confidence and skin. I will always be using these products they are affordable and decent size :)
I've had acne for 6 years, spent I think around $1,500 on products from face washes and oils to vitamins, yet this is the only thing that has worked. I used to get 4-8 pimples a DAY and now 4 weeks on BP I think I've gotten 5 since the day I started. The texture of my skin is now so so smooth. Re: the dryness, I mean yeah it is kinda drying but it's more than manageable with a decent moisturiser and jojoba oil. Try this, it works.
Firstly some background information;
-started BP when 14 years old April of 2018
-had acne since 10-11years old (quite moderate)
-female
So last year, I became very frustrated with acne and every single night I was looking at 'cures' for it. I then came across Acne.org. I read all the amazing reviews and was very convinced. Since it is pretty pricey and I also live in the EU, it was super pricey, maybe over 120 euros. At first, it helped my smaller pimples and body acne. In month 1, for about 1 week my skin looked pretty good but it slowly then went worse. I read on this site that it's normal, and you should wait a few more months and everyone swore that you would get results. During summer my skin went to the worst point it had ever been. Before I never scarred but the packet of all the products made me prone to scarring, so every single simple left a scar, still to do this day. It was honestly an awful situation and keep in mind, I kept ordering since I believed that it would take time for effect. So I kept spending money, more every single time as the site said to add more products, and the worse it got. It was horrible, every morning 5 new big pimples and painful ones too. So, I just stopped. About 5 months after, I started Accutane (still on it) and its very effective).
I just want to say, it's not a guarantee this will work for you. You can read all the delightful comments and reviews but don't expect anything. Since acne.org, the website and webshop are linked its mostly very biased. And make sure you understand that its a risk buying these things.
When I started using this regimen I almost gave up. My face got worse, I bad terrible acne and I felt so ugly. As I write this I'm so happy I didn't give up. It is a lot cheaper than frequent dermatologist visits and experimental regimens. Thanks so much for wonderful products.
I've had acne breakouts for 8+ years and NOTHING has worked as a spot treatment better than this product--it's absolutely phenomenal! I recommend this to anyone and everyone who has surficial whiteheads or deep cysts, this product minimizes redness and inflammation without drying out or stinging your skin. 10/10!
If benzyol has not helped you in the past, it will not now. I was very hopeful about this product and it is not to say it doesn't work for people, in my experience it was no different from cheaper more accessible creams like proactiv which for me did nothing. I acknowledge that this is something I observed with my skin, and this will not be the case for everyone. Never the less, I spent $30 on this product and it made me break out and dried out my skin. I even tried the 2-minute leave on method which is shown to reduce irritation, but until I cut out this ingredient from my regime my skin was stuck in severe (keeping in mind I had other treatments going on like salicylic acid and retinoids, so benzoyl might have been too much on top of my regime).
i started using this product 3 weeks ago. just the treatment and i have seen sinificant changes though my acne keeps coming back. especially around my chin and jaw line. at least the pimples dry faster which is a good thing but i dnt know why i keep getting newer breakouts. the skin around my eyes can not stand the benzoyl. it makes it look ages older and all wrinkly. so when i apply the benzoyl, i try as much as possible to avoid areas around my eyes and neck. otherwise, am still hopeful it will work for me too and completely eliminate the jaw line acne too.
