Pros:

Natural and safer, milder than BP, stops cystic acne from blwoing out of proportion, heals spots

Cons:

No dramatic results. You have to be patient

I started doind the BP regimen but my skin just cannot cope with 2x applciation of BP. Mt skin was dry and peeling and looking unhealthy. I decided to maintain my nightly BP routine but looked for an alternative for my AM regimen. I mix this with aloe vera then 2 frops of 100% TTO from Thrusday Plantation. It heals spots pretty quickly and prevents cycstic acne from becoming monster-sized. No, it doesn't heal cyuctic acne in one day but it does heal it slowly from within. I'm not totally clear yet but I have hope on this product. It definitely made my skin healthier and smoother and matte. It is worth a try and its natural. For long term use, I'd rather stick to this than BP as I cannot imagine putting that on my face for years to come. It sucks having adult acne all of a sudden at 29, it caught me totally bu surprise and it went bad really quickly. Hopefully TTO can give me my clear, healthy skin back, slowly but surely.

Pros:

Feels great
Cleans skin
helps clear acne

Cons:

Sometimes costs alot depending on where/when it was purchased

I love this stuff! Its one of the very few products that helps your skin! It smells nice and feels great after applying it. It really helps with pimples. I started using them on scars. Too early to see any improvement but this stuff helped my arms cleared up. I had hyperpigmentation and I bought this blemish touch stick that contained tee tree oil which toke all my hyperpigmentation away and now my arms are completly clear! I am so happy that I no longer see gross brown spots on my arms!! This product is the only thing that toke them off!! I love this stuff!!

Pros:

It makes my post-acne less redder and it worked the first day I applied it on. A week later, it has helped me remove at least 50-70% of my red marks.

Cons:

May be quite expensive but I was able to get a cheap one with a discount.

Great smell, Natural

Pros:

I use The Body Shop line of products, and I can already see results after a few tries! My skin is less blotchy/red and the bumps don't look as big. The smell isn't strong or offensive. Plus, it doesn't bleach like Retin-A and benzoyl peroxide

Cons:

The stores aren't always well stocked so you may have to make a couple of trips before they have the inventory you want.

My acne isn't too bad, but it's been tough to get rid of for the past 6 years. I've tried the whole lot of Rx meds, including Accutane and Retin-A, but they were all either too harsh or didn't work. The Body Shop has a great line of products including face washes, toners, moisturizers, spot treatments, masks, etc. Currently I'm using Neutrogena face washes and I apply the tea tree oil toner and mattifying moisturizer at night. I also use the blemish stick if I notice a soon-to-be zit at night and in the morning. I plan on buying the mask once the store has it back in stock. I'm praying that this stuff pulls through for me! I especially like that The Body Shop promotes natural, fair trade, environmental-friendly products. If you want to try it now, all the tea tree oil products are 2 for $18 this month. Bottomline? Good for mild acne on sensitive skin. Doesn't cause dryness or peeling.

Pros:

Feels nice on skin (if you dont use too much), works to some extent for me.

Cons:

I don't like how it smells. Use too much, and you will be in pain, and washing it off won't help you.

It's pretty good for making acne go away cuz it's a germocide, and penetrates the skin. I accidentally put way too much on my face, and my face was red for 4 days, it was painful.

Pros:

MY SAVIOR!!

Cons:

NothinG.. I actually LOVE the smell :)

I had similar experiences with the other people here.. Iv'e tried almost everything just to get rid of my acne..1 thing i tried that led to SERIOus breakouts was the PROACTIVE system. It dried out my skin the fisrt 2 days of using it.. I bought the tea tree oil kit from body shop..facial cleanser, toner, moisterizer and tea tree oil.. I was scared of using it at first so i started out with the TTO.. it actually did bring out a difference.. havent seen 1 pimple pop up after my first tym.. i put it on my acne 3 times a day.. No irritation at all.. I lOVE TEA TRE OIL!! :)

Pros:

Shrinks pimples ,especially whiteheads and dry outs zits quickly.

Cons:

The smell isn't great.

It works, I didn't dilute it and used it as a spot treatment, my skin was already dry so I can't say it dried my face out but I read it gets better with more use.
