Pros:

- Everything
- Dries out/ rids pimples extremely fast
- Turns pink/ red acne scars to brown (Ill explain)
- Strong but relaxing smell
- WON'T CLOG PORES (its cleansing)

Cons:

- CAN BURN WHEN IN CONTACT WITH WATER (don't dilute; it will sting)
- A lil pricey, but worth it

This is my favorite product out of everything I love (neutrogenas cream cleanser, neutrogena all in 1 acne control daily scrub, de la cruz) <-- Check these out too. It turns my stubborn pinkish/ red scars into a brown. I have light brown skin so all I have to do after that is dab hydroquinine cream onto the brown spot to make it match my skin tone, and its like it was never there. I thought I would have those pink/ red marks/ scars 4ever. Not to mention that I reduces the pimple size with every application really fast. I use it a few times a day so I have to moisturize. I DO NOT USE ANY MOISTURIZERS because they break me out. Instead I use a facial steamer. This has been making my skin glow, stay plush/ moist, look extremely healthy/ pretty, and has been making my breathing better too believe it or not. I can't say enough good things about this oil though. It kills bacteria, cleanses the skin, and dries out the pimple fast, don't think omg its an oil; its ganna break me out, trust me its not the typical oil. This 1 u can't mix with water, don't even put it on a wet face or it will sting, your face HAS TO BE COMPLETELY DRY; trust me here (experience). Good luck everyone. I know this is pricey, but just try it out 1 time, you'll love it if you don't get it in your eyes lol. Hope I helped, o and my acne did not used to be very light until recently when I started using this stuff again, y did I stop again lol.

Pros:

good for using as a mouthwash not acne

Cons:

-generated the worst breakout ever
-clogged pores
-causes acne inflammation

i tried this stuff reading all the good reviews online. i bought the 100% pure tea tree oil from amazon. so i diluted it 3/1 ratio of oil and water because this is a potent oil. it will literally burn your nose hairs off. anyway, i decided to spot treat on a couple of pimples that were premature and underdeveloped. in just a few hours, it literally transformed my zits into monsters..big, painful, red, inflamed, infected and embarrassing. it didn't even come to a head until i put NEOSPORIN on them. that was a lot of fun popping those beasts :( it's been a week and i'm now coping with the aftermath. to be honest, it could be looking a lot worse. i'm very grateful to come across neosporin (cream). it definitely helped expediting the healing process. what did i learn here? tto did not work for me because i'm sensitive to putting on oil pore clogging substance on my FACE.

Pros:

-Great, I mean GREAT, against cysts
-Dries up zits
-When used correctly, leaves almost no trace of cyst
-Natural
-Works pretty quickly

Cons:

-Can sting a bit
-Temporary darkening of acne
-If used incorrectly, can leave annoying scabs and marks

I don't always get cysts, but when I do, I prefer Spring Valley Tea Tree Oil. Seriously, though, tea tree oil gets rid of my rare cystic acne in very little time (about a week). The best regimen I have used for cysts includes aloe vera gel, tea tree oil, ice, lotion, and most importantly....patience. I put both aloe and tea tree oil on the cyst 1-3 times a day, and ice the cyst in the morning and at night after applying the gel and oil. Apply lotion whenever necessary (preferably with spf) The cyst will begin to dry and unfortunately, will turn a dark color (in all my experiences). Sometimes I deal with it, sometimes I put a bandaid over it. Anyway, do NOT pick at it for at least a week or it will swell up again with a vengeance. With the use of the oil, aloe, and ice, after about a week to a week and a half, the area will become like a scabby layer of skin. At that point, if it comes off easily, peel it, and there will be almost no sign that a cyst was ever there. Also drink lots of water

Pros:

Helps dry out active acne. Also has many other uses. A great antiseptic!

Cons:

The smell is pretty gross. Some people really like the smell, its not for me. I deal with it though

I think the product is worth having around, I find myself using it for many things, from acne to bug bites!

Pros:

a little drying
natural

Cons:

smells bad
greasy (but that's to be expected)
not very effective

This might have helped a little bit, but really I just noticed peeling and no change in the actual pimple. I use it on my scalp now, though, and now it's cleaner and flake free!!

I have sensitive/oily/acne prone skin. And i mean really oilyyyy skin. Im Asian so my pores are aren't big.... Just your average skin. So i don't know why my skin produces so much oil. But nway... I've tried everything from clinique ..chanel ...drugstore... But nothing worked any magic until i found this baby! I would put it all over my skin the night and next day... I would get my baby skin!! I love this product! Everyone should try this... What would hurt? And proactive is a joke.... That's the main product that destroyed my face!!

Pros:

-One of the most effective spot treatment
-Shrinks pimples
-Works really fast (you can see a difference in 30 mins for new spots!)
-Cheap if you buy it online, like on ebay. $10 is for 100ml!

Cons:

-Your acne can become resistant
-Drying
-Doesn't PREVENT acne...
-The smell

Used to use tea tree oil toner from the body shop, it worked for a few months then I'm guessing my acne became resistant, so I stopped. That was 2 years ago. Now, I use 100% tea tree oil as a spot treatment just 2-3 times per day, but only when necessary! I'm hoping that if I use it at full strength and only on individual pimples, my acne won't become resistant... It can be drying, but I have oily skin and haven't had any problems yet, if you have dry or sensitive skin I would be more careful.
