Pros:

Works AMAZINGLY
Cleared my skin completely
I have no zits on my face at all, seriously...none
I love the smell
So easy to use

Cons:

I wish it was a little cheaper, but it was 100% worth it

I cannot express how much I love this product. I have had acne since I was 12....I am 18 years old and about to leave for college (exactly 25 days from now to be exact.) And I just could not stand the fact that i had to leave with such an ugly face! I would wake up with about 5 new pimple on my forehead, and maybe like 3-5 on each cheek and also my chin. So one day my dad was watching tv and said "hey have you tried skin id?" I hadn't but I have heard great things from friends. So i gave in and I thought "why not?". So about a week after ordering it (and by the way you MUST be precise when you take your evaluation) I opened the box up and gave it a shot. I got 7-40-32 which came with a cream cleanser, toner, anti-acne cream, spot treatment, and a body spray for acne. I love every single thing! The cream cleanser I use with a little rubber scrubbie cleaner because i feel like i save soap that way...and also I am not using my hands. After rinsing I use just one dab of toner on a cotton wipe and use it all over, it is not drying at all and I have combination skin! When my face dries I use the spot treatment and let that dry, and lastly I use the anti-acne cream. When all of that is dry I follow up with a moisturizer from ponds that come in a little tub, it is the perfect amount of moisture without making my skin oily. So after doing this day and night for about a month, I noticed that I have not had any new pimples for a while...and all of my old ones were either gone or almost dried up, my face was beginning to look like it did when I was little: smooth and clear and my freckles were visible again. But yes, of course I have scars but they are just light pink or close to invisible now and I use bio oil as my night time moisturizer to help fade them. Honestly I cannot promise you anything, but I believe that skin id was a miracle worker for me, the only time I got a pimple while using this was on my period...it was just ONE. Please give this a shot, I am so amazed.

Pros:

Clears Ance
Moisturizes Skin
Works with the Regimen

Cons:

Had to take the evalution 2 times

It's definitely worth the money. It is personalized for your skin and thats why it works so well. At first, I was hesitant to pay $40 to buy it. But then I realized, "Heck, I'll do anything to get rid of this acne!" So I bought it. When I got it, the bottles were smaller than I imagined but I guess thats good, because before I ran out, it stopped working. I took the evaluation again and it recommended me with new products. I've been re-ordering the same products from Skin iD since then! I love it!

i personally like this alot so far. i saw a dramatic change in my skin in just a few days. i had tiny bumps on my forehead i was struggling to get rid of along with patchy dryness. after two days, my patchy skin and bumps were gone, and my skin was super soft. it makes my skin smooth, and has made my pores smaller. really like this so far, and it smells nice too. it did start to dry my skin out after a week or so, but i moisturize after using the products, and it helps.

Pros:

works quickly, smells good, fast delivery

Cons:

dries out skin

this product started working for me after a week. My skin is so much clearer now. I had breakouts every few days before this product and now my face is clear. The only downside to this product is that it will dry your face out. When you first start using it start only once a day and make sure you use a good moisterizer on your face.

Pros:

Works
Cheaper than most systems
Quick to apply
Easy system to follow

Cons:

It only worked for a few months.
Canceling it is difficult
You should retake the ID every few months
Dried out my skin

It worked for me for about the first three months. Because they base your products on your lifestyle, I read that you should retake the quiz before your next order is submitted. I had some problems with dry skin, and I realized that originally I had put that my skin wasn't sensitive, when it was, so I went through it again, and got a new system. The new system didn't work well. I think I broke out more with the new system than I did before I was using anything. It seemed to me like I couldn't win. If I used the stronger products like they originally suggested, my acne went away, but my skin was really really really dry. The new system for dry, sensitive skin, didn't clear my acne. Because the system changes for everyone, and depends on how correctly you answer the questions, it may work for others, but it didn't work out for me. If you're interested, try it. You set how often you receive new product, so I'd set it to the latest date, until you decide. If you don't like it, cancel it right away. You have to call to cancel the order. I hate phone calls, it's a bit of a phobia for me, so this really proved a challenge.

Pros:

Reduces the size of acne within a few days. Then stops working (if you have sensitive skin).

Cons:

Irritated skin
Skin peeling
Red skin
Puffiness
Rash

I bought skin ID hoping it would improve my moderate acne. I started using the 3 products as directed, and in the first week i noticed that the small bumps on my forehead were slightly going away, and i wouldn't get more than a pimple on either side of my cheeks. But on the 5th day were i applied the BP i had a raised, puffy, red, itchy rash. So i stopped taking skin id all together, and it took 2 weeks, but my rash went away. Skin ID started to work for me but then turned into a rash. I wouldn;t recommend this product for people with sensitive skin. Skin ID uses 3 kinds of acid, one acid in each of the 3 products you get. The directions are to use all of the products within 30 mins, so you're putting 3 harsh chemicals on your skin, one right after each other. So for sensitive skin its going to irritate very badly. I know your looking for a solution for your acne, but if you have sensitive skin, i would advice that you don't use Skin ID. It will do more harm to your skin than good. I would recommend going to your doctor instead and getting a prescription, and not ordering something from the TV. Skin ID products aren't really designed for your skin. All they do is give you a different percentage of SA or BQ, but you're still getting the basic harsh chemicals found in all over the counter acne products.

Pros:

nice smell
the BP cleanser/mask, when used as a mask, feels nice: mask tightens and medicates (mine was 3.5% BP) and seemed to do the trick in toning down really red marks for the following day.

Cons:

The red came back! Overall, skin was dried out at night after treatment. I needed extra moisturizers to keep up with all the medicine. I used Cetaphil to help with the moisturizing at night and Aveneo with SPF 15 for day. I have very fair skin in addition to acne and found that I was burning very easily.

I noticed a slight improvement in new minor blemishes but saw a slight increase in more cyst-like blemishes. This also did nothing for the field of red marks from old acne on my face. In contrast, the sun damage made them worse. My "Skin ID formula" included 07 Cream Cleanser/Mask (3.5% Benzoyl peroxide), 40 Toner (2% Salacylic Acid), and 32 Anti-Acne Treatment 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide). I had a hard time using the "freebie" moisturizer: no SPF and was kind of goopy for me. Seemed to sit on the skin instead of getting absorbed and left me feeling greasy all day. I switched to the Aveeno with SPF 15 to at least give myself some sun protection. For me, just too much BP and chemical. If you have very fair skin, residual acne scaring (I'm 32 and have been suffering on and off since my mid-teens), and are prone to more severe blemishes, then stay away. If you have more mild acne and little red marks, it might work better for you. I had some better luck w/ the drying when I started using Cetaphil as both a "pre-wash" and a light moisturizer at night, but by that point I was pretty fed up with Skin ID. Save your money!
