Pros:

Reduces redness fairly quick and makes skin smooth!

Cons:

Messy

I will be using this for sure 2-4 times a week! It gives really refreshed my skin!

Pros:

Effective at reducing redness, seems to speed healing, and is totally fun (it's like finger painting!) & edible!

Cons:

Like everyone else here has said, it's VERY messy haha. I feel like Mrs. Doubtfire - when he loses his mask out the window and sticks his face in the dessert thingy and it drips all in that lady's coffee! But I just use a towel and avoid sneezing.

I'm wearing my second mask right now. I going to try to do it every other day because I enjoy it so much. I also started BP the same day that I did my first mask, so I'm not sure which one is doing a better job at the healing the acne - but one of them definitely is!! I was the results even immediately after washing the mask off. It makes your skin feel fresh, seems to lighten/even skin tone, and the next morning, my redness was noticeably calmer. Now I'm sure there are other factors contributing, but yogurt is fun and I'm pretty sure it's working! I just used one of the single servings of plain low-fat f'n Great Value yogurt (for a little over 25 cents!). I'm positive it works just as well as all those fancy-schmancy organic ones.

Pros:

Helps heal scars left over from any kind of zit!

Cons:

Little bit on the sloppy side

I have used this about.. 4/5 times over about two weeks and already i see that my skin is a lot brighter, and red scars left over from zits are fading!

for me , putting it for 20 min dosnt work at all for me , i do put it for at least 4 hours to give a grate result . kuv it ,working fast....

Pros:

smooths out your skin if you give it time, takes away acne

Cons:

watch out how you use it because over using it will make your skin horribly dry and extremely flaky

works great if you know how to use it, i made the mistake of using it about four times in one day and when i woke up it looked like when i get the chemical peels, it burns your skin and after a couple hours it started peeling really really bad, it kept peeling off for the next four days. After that it stopped peeling and my skin looked great, Just a word of advise: Be Careful With This!! Don't Get Excited And Use It Too Much Or You Will Regret It.. other than that this works GREAT!

Pros:

Cheap and easy

Cons:

Maybe a little messy but not bad.

I love yogurt as a mask...it's my new favorite find. I mix it with a little honey about 4 days a week and it keeps my skin nice and fresh looking and does reduce inflammation. Love it! I use greek plain yogurt.

it is the best thing i have used, for almost everything. but it may not help the worsts of acne as it is not acne treatment. in a way it makes ance less appearent so they look diminished, I can guarantee that it was the best treatment i have ever used in my life. plus it's natural, and no side effects! i haven't been doing

Pros:

Easy to find anywhere in the world, very cheap, highly effective

Cons:

Some may have to build a slight tolerance to it. For ultra sensitive skin I would add some honey to it.

I've used true Greek yogurt for 3 weeks now because I needed a lactic acid treatment for my non inflamed acne. I had just started the DKR and I know my skin was not ready for any type of peel or AHA lotion, MaMa and LacHydrin 5 are among the top. However I remembered that any milk product contains lactic acid. Just so happens I always have this ultra thick yogurt in the fridge. So one night I decided to do the mask and even the first time I felt a difference. I wouldn't say it burned but I was aware of my skin. Ever since then I rub about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt on my face at night after cleansing and then rinse off. This is getting my skin used to the lactic acid between masks. I'm working my way up to 2 or 3 masks a week. So far for the last month it's only been once a week. You will have some flaking so make sure you use a good exfoliator. I recommend honey and baking soda. For those who don't have access to or don't know about Greek yogurt, sour cream will work just as

Pros:

Exceptionally soothing and simple mask that can be used on sensitive, inflamed, or combination skin.

Cons:

Drippy -- use before a shower, and plan to sit still. Soothes and speeds healing of acne inflammation and product-related dryness, but does not dry out blemishes -- see below.

Straight from the refrigerator, a plain yogurt mask is one of the easiest, most calming face treatments I know of. Physically (and emotionally!) acne flare-ups leave me very sensitive, and yogurt consistently helps. I have never had bad reactions, even when applying on blemishes themselves -- seems to cool down redness and speed healing, though it does not dry them. For this reason it is best applied to blemishes on their way to healing. To dry emerging blemishes, I recommend spot-treating with a clay mask and using yogurt on the rest of your face. NOTE: use plain yogurt; sweetened yogurts contain all kinds of odd ingredients!
